Chen Yu stepped forward and flipped through the parts, "I can put them together, but they won't work, some core components are missing."

Bell snapped his fingers, and then two of his subordinates carried over a large box, inside of which were the core components for these instruments.

"Since Mr. Chen can assemble them, please start as soon as possible, we don't have much time to waste here!"
