章 27: Chapter 26: Memory

He fulfilled all of his promises to Ryzel's father. 

He was fairly satisfied that Ryzel had married him. As long as Ryzel was with him, he was confident in his ability to make Ryzel fall for him.

Layton Lewis remembered Ryzel's brilliant eyes as he looked at the guide mech he had gotten. He knew he was still the same as when he was younger; he still enjoyed viewing mechs up close and wished to pilot them.

He could still remember the young Ryzel insisting that he would also become a powerful sentinel.

Ryzel had always wanted to pilot a mech on his own. He always saw Ryzel going inside his father's mech just to try it out. He also remembered that Ryzel begged him to pull out his mech so he could see what it looked like.

Ryzel frequently witnesses him sparring with his father. After the fight, he would demand that the winner teach him how to be more powerful.
