章 151: In Khamor

Dexter and Dana, said their farewells to everyone they knew in Edevin city before they started their journey out of it. Dana especially, found it hard to part ways with the city.

It is where she grew up in, memories of her and Shakir smeared the place, saying one final goodbye to such a place, wasn't easy for her to do, but she knew she had to do it, if she wants to get out of the shell she has been caged in.

She said her goodbye to the house she once lived in with Shakir, said her goodbye to her neighbors, and those willing to accept her into their homes after the death of Shakir.

When she was done, she took Dexter's hand and said her one last goodbye at the gate of Edevin before venturing to her next destination with him.

It was a long journey that took them about three months, all the while stopping at inns to rest. Dexter blamed their slow pace on Dana, as she was too young to keep up with him.
