New Life (Part 3)

So before you read this, Goodbye my supposed upload schedule (I didn't even have one in the first place) and hello random upload schedule. Due to my idiot brain, I decided to make another 3 stories.

And I know some people could do this easily, but to upload over 1000 words on 3 stories everyday when I have a messed up sleep schedule as well... It's not easy tp upload everyday.

So i'll just post when I can. It won't be like 1 chapter every week. If I can, i'll try to do atleast 3 chapters a week for my stories. And so, with that.

I dodge another attack by rolling on the ground, before quickly propping myself up. I look behind me, spotting the Grimm hot on my trail.

"DAMNIT!!!" My voice resounded through the woods. "HOW UNLUCKY AM I!" Lets take a small rewind.

(Flashback)

Using my skill, I start to feel changed happening across my body. The most noticeable, my height decreasing.

[Complete!]

"I'm small?!" My voice... sounded so childish. I start to fear the worst, and pull up my status.

[Timothy Tim - Level: 2]

[HP: 60] [MP: 0]

[STR: 4] [DEF: 5] [AGI: 32]

[INT: 19] [WIS: 12]

[LUK: 10] [CHR: 9]

"..."

*GRAHHHH*

(End of Flashback)

So anyways, I started running for dear life. I should be very grateful for this kids determination to be a runner. Losing hope, I use the only option left.

"Do you have ANY idea, on how to get me out of this?" I desperately ask the system.

I almost wanted to stop and start punching the system screen, but I'm sure I couldn't. If I knew I was going to get a quest... I WOULDN'T HAVE USE THE SKILL! I'M WEAKER!

'Then again. What are the chances of a kid beating a Grimm.' I muse to myself.

Speaking of Grimm. Don't they sense negative emotions.... fuuuuuuuuuUUUU!

Deep in my thoughts, I didn't know the Grimm started to increase it's speed. Today, I felt the pain of getting clawed in the back.

"AHHHH!"

Safe to say it wasn't pleasant.

[-55 HP - Toughed it out!]

[You have been inflicted with: Bleeding. -1 HP per minute]

I feel to the ground, as I felt my mind become hazy. I tired to get up. but I only made the pain worse... Is this really it?

[-1 HP]

I saw the Grimm's shadow over loom my body. I closed my eyes, waiting for it to end me. But it never happened.

*Swhilch*

A noise of which sounded like cutting through something, resounded through the area. I heard a small growl, before it stopped.

[-1 HP]

I look up with what little energy I have left.

Rose petals, floating all around.

"R..y"

[-1 HP]

I felt my body being picked up, before I passed out from blood loss... I guess I can only hope for the best.

(3rd POV)

As Ruby dashed of with ???, Aku appeared where the scene took place. Currently, he was biting his finger in frustration.

"No Gamers Body or Mind... He's most definitely screwed."

Aku merely glanced at they system, before shaking his head. Even if his system was the strongest. It still didn't know how certain skills work.

It may seem dumb to say that, but ever since Aku got his hand on a God-Tier Skill. He spent years researching how it works.

"It would never work." Aku replied to the system.

"Certain skills, have certain effects, that much is obvious. One of my skills. Copy/Paste, does as it says." He pauses for a second.

"When I went to the dungeons for the first times with *$&@. Everytime she got hurt, it would pain me. As we went on though, she did get stronger, but she still gets hurt, even to this day."

Aku frowns a little, remembering some bad times.

"When I got the skill, I immediately tried to give her Gamers Body. But it didn't work. So, I tried another God-Tier Skill, 3 years later. Godly Regeneration... It also didn't work."

<Impossible. When I created myself, I made sure that there were no limitations>

"That's true. But I started to go even deeper in my studies in God-Tier Skills. Many years were put into trying to find a way to give the skills to my wives. Yet none worked out. What I'm trying to say is... I can't give him Godly skills. The amount of power they have could destroy ones body."

The system went silent for some time before replying.

"I was a little cautious, and decided to use Precognition. I saw there deaths, and stopped. As for how you couldn't see what I as doing... I can make illusions that could fool gods. The rest is easy enough."

"Your right... Simple Regeneration will do for now. I'll put some restraints on it"

Aku eyes glowed a menacing red, as he started searching the multiverse for the skill. Finding one, he copied it, before pasting it into ???'s skill list.

"Done... I'm out of here."

He vanished.

(With Ruby)

With incredible speed, Ruby dashed through the forest, carrying ??? in her arms. She would occasionally check up on him, making sure he's still alive.

'What was a child even doing in a forest anyways?' She thought. Seeing her house in view, she increased her speed. However, she didn't notice a small glow from ???. As the wound on his back, started to heal slowly.

[Quest Complete]

[Level Up!]

[Health Restored - MP Restored]

[+8 Unused Points]

Ruby quickly opened the door to her house, rushing to her room, before putting ??? down on the bed, as she went to get medical supplies. Not knowing he was already fully healed.

"mhhhh"

And was waking up.
