章 218: Little Third Wheel

Richard stared at his wife for a long moment, her words echoing in his mind. He knew she was right about needing to take risks sometimes. 

As a businessman, he knew that most businesses started as risk ventures and if one had to shy away from taking risk, he was bound to fail. However, this was a different ballgame all together but unfortunately, he didn't know how to refute or convince his wife just yet.

"Let's go to sleep, it's late, and I believe you must be tired after a long day of running around," he said in the end.

"Really?" Rose asked in disbelief. She couldn't believe that her husband was using sleep to cover up after realizing that she was right. 

But there was nothing she could do at the moment as her husband was already pretending to be a dead wood even before she raised her dissatisfaction.
