章 286: Alley Rat

After walking a few more distances ahead, they turned a corner and they stopped by a room whose entrance was covered by a heavy metal door. 

One of them pulled out a large keyring from his pocket. 

The door groaned as it was pulled open, revealing a dimly lit room with a single, bare bulb hanging from the ceiling and exposed pipes dripping with water onto the grimly floor. 

Rufus and Lisa were shoved inside and the door slammed shut behind them with a loud clang. 

Rufus staggered backwards and collided with a cold, while Lisa collided into Rufus.

He clung unto Lisa as his eyes darted around the hole they were thrown into.

With the help of the faint light from the bulb, his eyes caught sight of two strange things… a drain in the center of the floor, and shackles bolted to the wall which appeared thick and stale and the paint lining it was already peeling.
