Lavender's heart nearly stopped. He was looking at her so seriously. Did he really like albinos that much? Were they his type or something? Because that was an oddly specific type to have! What were the odds? 

He had said that albinos were the most beautiful of all and she could tell he meant it. That meant he would think she was the most beautiful of all as she truly looked. 

What would it be like to stop dyeing her hair, tinting her eyelashes, and doing her self-tanning routine? It would save her a lot of time but she had been doing it for so long. It was her armor. She felt safer with it.
