After the breach that happened at the Apex Facility, the neighboring town has been in chaos now because the escapists are now at the nearest towns, especially in Comela Town, a small and peaceful town in the whole Eastern District, they are now having a chaos and crisis because of scientist with weird behavior start eating their town peoples. The authority can't handle the infected scientist because they have immense strength and speed, even sticky fingers that ripping their clothes.
