Haru looked at two path. "This one leads to Azalea, the other another town call Happy town, either way you will end up in Azalea town".
Ash looker at Brock and Misty. "Let's go"
As they take the patch to the leafy, as Haru as dead pan face, as he started to walk to Azalea town.
Haru just sigehd. "They are sharing one brain cells each".
As Haru took the less-traveled path toward Azalea Town, he couldn't help but shake his head at the trio's decision. He walked quietly, enjoying the peace of the forest trail, his Pokémon beside him
Jessie looked at him. "Hey, they don't even know when we are hiding in play in sight when were in team rocket".
James laughet as he looked at Haru. "Oh definitely".
Haru smirked slightly as he glanced at Jessie and James. "That's because they don't think anyone would be dumb enough to wear disguises that bad and still try to pull something off."
Jessie crossed her arms, pouting. "Excuse me? Our disguises are top-notch!"
James nodded fervently. "Yeah, we even fooled Giovanni once!"
Haru raised an eyebrow, unimpressed. "If Giovanni fell for it, that says more about him than your 'skills.'"
Meowth chimed in, walking alongside them. "Hey, cut 'em some slack! At least they're tryin'. Not everyone's got yer sharp eye, kid."
Haru sighed, shaking his head. "Well, maybe if they put as much effort into being trainers as they do into their theatrics, you wouldn't be chasing Pikachu all over Kanto."
Jessie glared at him but didn't argue, while James sheepishly scratched the back of his head. "You might have a point…"
As they continued down the trail, the serene atmosphere was interrupted by a rustling in the bushes ahead. Haru instinctively stopped, signaling for his group to stay quiet. His Elekid stepped forward, ready for battle.
From the foliage emerged a Scyther, its sharp blades gleaming in the dappled sunlight. The Bug-type Pokémon locked eyes with Haru's Elekid, its aggressive stance making it clear it wanted a fight.
Haru smiled, excitement sparking in his eyes. "Alright, let's see if you're worthy of joining my team. Elekid, you're up!"
Jessie and James stepped back, watching intently. "Now this is gonna be good," Jessie muttered.
Elekid charged forward, sparks flying as the battle began.
Haru then looked at Scythe. "Hey James want a Pokémon, this one for you, I don't need one because mine is with Bugsy".
Jessie looked at him confused. "What what, you need to tell us about your backstory"
Haru chuckled at Jessie's confused expression. "My backstory, huh? Well, let's just say I have a lot of experience with Bug-types. Scyther here is strong, but I've already got a powerful Bug-type partner—so no need for me to catch another one."
James, however, perked up at the mention of a new Pokémon. "Wait, you're saying this Scyther could be mine?" He looked at the wild Scyther, eyes sparkling with excitement.
Haru nodded, gesturing to the battling Elekid. "Yeah, you've been hanging around me long enough. I think you deserve a good partner, one that could keep up with you." He turned his attention to the Scyther again, watching the way it skillfully dodged Elekid's ThunderPunch.
James hesitated, his eyes shifting between the battle and Haru. "But... what if I mess it up?"
Haru rolled his eyes, crossing his arms. "You won't know until you try. Besides, what's the worst that could happen? If you screw it up, you just hand it back to me, no big deal."
Jessie raised an eyebrow. "Hold on, you're seriously letting James catch a Pokémon?" She shook her head with a sigh. "I don't know about this. He barely manages to control his own Pokémon, let alone a wild one."
James was determined now, however. "I can do it! I'll prove it!" He pulled out an empty Pokéball, ready to toss it at the Scyther.
"Alright, go for it!" Haru said, his voice casual but with a hint of encouragement.
James threw the Pokéball with enthusiasm, watching as it sailed through the air and struck the Scyther, pulling it inside.
The ball shook once. Twice. Three times.
And then, with a satisfying click, the Pokéball landed on the ground.
James jumped up in excitement. "I did it! I actually did it!" He ran over to pick up the Pokéball, still in shock.
Jessie stared at him in disbelief. "I can't believe you actually caught it."
Haru smirked. "Guess you're not as useless as you look, huh?" He turned to Meowth, who was looking on with pride.
"Congratulations, James," Haru said. "You've got yourself a strong new partner."
James looked at the Pokéball in his hand with awe. "This is amazing! I have a Scyther now! Thanks, Haru! I'll make sure to train it hard!"
Jessie rolled her eyes, but even she couldn't hide the slight smile tugging at her lips. "Well, I guess this could be fun. A Scyther with James... Let's see how that goes."
"Time will tell," Haru said, grinning. He then looked at his Pokémon, who were waiting expectantly. "Alright, let's keep moving. Azalea Town is just up ahead."
With the new addition to the team, the group continued their journey, though Haru couldn't help but wonder just how James and his Scyther would fare in the future battles to come.
As the group continued along the path, the dense forest began to thin out, and the sound of rushing water signaled that Azalea Town was near. Haru walked ahead, his thoughts drifting back to his past life. He had a lot of things he needed to figure out, especially concerning his Pokémon and their bond. But for now, he had a goal—he would reach Azalea Town and challenge Bugsy's gym.
James, meanwhile, was still holding his new Pokéball, admiring it like it was the most precious thing in the world.
"Hey, Haru! Check it out!" James said, holding up the ball proudly. "Scyther's got some serious power! We'll totally dominate with this guy on our team!"
Haru glanced back at him. "Don't get too cocky. Scyther's strong, but you've still got a lot to learn if you want to use him effectively. You're not gonna win just by throwing Pokéballs and hoping for the best."
Jessie laughed, a hint of mockery in her tone. "He's got a point, James. But hey, if you actually train it right, it could be useful for once."
James gave her a glare but nodded. "Right, right. I'll do my best!"
As they neared the outskirts of Azalea Town, they passed through a small patch of trees where the sound of buzzing bees and chirping birds filled the air. Haru's eyes narrowed slightly as he sensed a familiar presence. He wasn't sure if it was a wild Pokémon or something else entirely, but the feeling was enough to catch his attention.
"Hold up," Haru said, pausing mid-step. "There's something off ahead."
The group stopped. Jessie and James exchanged puzzled looks, while Meowth perched on a nearby tree branch, ears twitching.
"What do you mean?" Jessie asked, her voice skeptical.
Haru tilted his head, listening closely. "There's a strong Aura nearby. It's... different from the usual wild Pokémon. Almost like someone's using it intentionally."
Before anyone could respond, a shadow darted across the path, disappearing into the underbrush. Haru's instincts kicked in immediately. He motioned for everyone to stay back and, without a word, started walking toward the source of the disturbance.
Jessie and James followed, albeit reluctantly, still unsure of what was happening.
As they entered a small clearing, Haru's eyes narrowed as he spotted a figure standing near an ancient tree. The figure was cloaked in dark robes, and they had their back turned to the group. A strange, almost ethereal glow radiated from them, pulsing in time with the Aura Haru had felt earlier.
"Who are you?" Haru asked, his voice firm. His hand instinctively went to the Pokéballs at his waist.
The figure turned, revealing a face partially obscured by a hood, but the eyes were visible—piercing and intense, glowing with a strange power.
"I should be asking you the same question, young man," the figure said, their voice smooth, but with an air of authority that sent a chill down Haru's spine. "You feel the Aura, don't you? You have a connection with it... unusual for someone so young."
Haru's grip on his Pokéballs tightened. "Who are you? And what are you doing here?"
The figure chuckled softly, a sound that was both eerie and knowing. "I am a collector of sorts. A collector of... power. I felt your presence, and it intrigued me. A former Aura Master, reborn into this world, I assume?"
Haru froze. His mind raced. The figure knew about his past life.
"I knew it," Haru muttered under his breath, taking a step forward. "What do you want with me?"
The figure's smile widened. "I'm not interested in your past... not yet, at least. But I sense that you hold something quite powerful within you. Something more than just Aura. It's rare, even among those with great potential. And I always seek what's rare."
James, standing behind Haru, looked confused. "What's going on? Who is this guy?"
Haru didn't take his eyes off the mysterious figure. "He's someone who knows too much for comfort. Don't let your guard down."
The figure laughed again, a sound that echoed in the clearing. "You don't even know who I am, do you? But soon enough, we'll have plenty of time to get acquainted. After all, the town up ahead is rather... interesting."
Before Haru could react, the figure vanished into the shadows, leaving only the faintest trace of their presence.
"Was that a ghost?" James asked, his eyes wide.
Haru shook his head. "No. Whoever that was, they weren't just any ordinary person."
Jessie crossed her arms, clearly intrigued. "That was creepy. What do you think they meant by 'the town up ahead'?"
Haru furrowed his brow. "Something's going on in Azalea Town, and I don't think it's a coincidence that we're here. We need to be cautious. That person was after something—something I might not even understand yet."
As they continued their walk toward Azalea Town, the uneasy feeling stayed with Haru. Whoever that figure was, they had to be connected to something bigger than just the town. Haru could feel the pull of destiny, and it was leading him down a path that would once again test everything he knew about Pokémon, Aura, and his past life.
They were about to face something far more dangerous than anything they had anticipated.
As Haru and the group arrived at the gates of Azalea Town, the calm atmosphere of the town seemed to mask the strange unease Haru had felt earlier. He stepped forward, his senses heightened, as if expecting something to happen. And just as his instincts warned him, a sudden movement caught his eye—a blur of motion from the shadows.
Before anyone could react, a figure dropped from above, aiming a punch at Haru's face. Haru reacted instinctively, his hand shooting out to block the strike effortlessly. The force behind the punch was considerable, but it didn't faze Haru in the slightest.
As the figure landed gracefully, the group saw who it was. A young boy with a striking feminine purple bob and piercing purple eyes stood before them. His net was slung over his back, and his stance was one of practiced confidence.
It was Bugsy, the Azalea Town Gym Leader.

Haru looked at him, his voice dripping with sarcasm as he spoke, "Hey there jackass."
Bugsy smirked in return, clearly unfazed by Haru's words. "Hello, shitface."
The insult, oddly enough, felt less like a confrontation and more like an old, sarcastic greeting between rivals. Haru and Bugsy stood there for a moment, eyeing each other as if sizing one another up. There was a tension between them, but it wasn't the kind of animosity that usually came from a battle or a grudge—it was more of a strange, almost friendly rivalry.
The rest of the group, including Jessie, James, and Meowth, stood quietly, not fully understanding what was happening between the two of them but feeling the weight of the moment.
"Seems like you two have some history," Jessie observed, raising an eyebrow.
Bugsy's smirk never faltered as he looked at Haru. "You could say that. I've seen you around before, haven't I? The one who vanished off the radar... What brings you to Azalea Town, Haru?"
Haru crossed his arms, clearly not in the mood for small talk. "I'm here to challenge your gym, Bugsy. What else would I be doing?"
Bugsy raised an eyebrow, his purple eyes gleaming. "A challenge? You sure you're ready for it? It's not like the last time we met. You've got some new tricks up your sleeve, I can tell."
Haru shrugged nonchalantly. "We'll see. But first... are you done playing with your net or are we going to get this over with?"
Bugsy chuckled lightly, clearly amused by Haru's attitude. "You haven't changed, have you? Fine. Let's see if you've got what it takes. But first, how about we have a little conversation? After all, we're both familiar with... certain things, right?"
Haru's eyes narrowed slightly, his interest piqued. "What are you talking about?"
Bugsy's smirk deepened, as he leaned on his net, looking casual yet somehow intimidating. "Let's just say, I've been keeping an eye on you. I've heard things. About your past, about what you can do. And let's just say, Azalea Town isn't quite as quiet as it seems."
Haru felt a flash of unease. There it was again—the feeling that everything in this town wasn't as simple as it appeared. Bugsy, of all people, seemed to know more about Haru than he was letting on.
Before Haru could respond, Meowth stepped forward, eager to get the battle underway. "Hey! We're here to have a gym battle, right? No more talking! I'm ready for this!"
Bugsy turned his attention to Meowth, his smirk shifting into a more focused expression. "You're right. We can talk later. But if you want to battle me, you're gonna need to prove yourself first."
The tension in the air thickened, but Haru wasn't about to let Bugsy's cryptic words distract him. He had his own goals, and one of them was to beat Bugsy and move forward. However, something in the back of his mind told him this wasn't just another gym battle. There was something more at play, something that was tied to his past, and it was going to surface sooner or later.
"Fine," Haru said, his voice steady, though his mind was racing with thoughts of what Bugsy knew. "Let's get this over with, Bugsy. I'm ready."
As Haru prepared for whatever Bugsy had in store, he couldn't shake the feeling that this wasn't just about battling anymore. There was a deeper connection, something unspoken, that was about to unfold in Azalea Town.
