The sound of the sniper's bullet splitting in midair was followed by a stunned silence. The onlookers gasped, their disbelief evident.

Phones were out, capturing every second of the spectacle as the bullet halves clattered harmlessly on the pavement beside Ninja.

Inside the President's office, a tense atmosphere prevailed.

A large TV screen displayed live footage of Ninja standing tall, his four arms crossed, exuding a calm dominance amidst the growing crowd.

The security officer, flustered and visibly alarmed, hurried to brief the President.

"Sir, the Union member identified as Ninja is outside the Administrative Area. He has openly challenged Logan for a fight."

President Zeo, his steely demeanor unwavering, turned his sharp gaze to the officer. "Call Ranger Logan immediately. I want him here within minutes."
