The air in the throne room was heavy with tension. Ani remained still, her calm exterior betraying none of the storm brewing in her mind.

UV1, standing just a few feet away from her moments ago, abruptly turned and strode back toward his towering throne.

His every step echoed ominously, the sound amplified by the vastness of the hall.

Climbing the dais, he lowered himself onto the ornate seat, his movements sharp and deliberate.

His light gaze swept across the room, landing briefly on each of the soldiers stationed around the edges. Then, in a voice laced with command, he barked, "Bring Colin here. Now."

The soldiers stiffened at his order. One of them, the same man who had just escorted UV1's younger brother away, stepped forward. He gave a curt nod, acknowledging the command, and quickly exited the room.
