章 50: The Casket

The casket was empty.

At least, at first glance, it appeared to be. There was nothing in the casket except for its bottom. Instead of the normal white of a casket, this one's bottom was red. The color for the common god of life, Fiure.

Kai stared at the casket, confused. Maybe there really wasn't any meaning behind this, and it's all just a sleep-deprived hallucination. That was the only thing that made sense to him with how random everything seemed.

Except he knew it wasn't random. It was as if everything was constructed perfectly, to the minute detail. Someone was trying to tell him something, and for whatever reason they had to be vague.

'What a load of Chico shit.' Kai thought, deciding it was all random and he was just searching for answers that weren't there.
