I decided to include all the powers of Jean Grey, Hope Summers, Emma Frost - White Phoenix of The Crown.
Jean Grey
Empathy: On many occasions, Jean has shown to have incredibly strong empathic powers that enable her to control, manipulate and alter the feelings, sensations, and emotions of others. It is because of her empathic abilities that the almighty Phoenix Force had chosen her as its rightful human host. In other versions, she had not been shown possessing any types of empathic abilities except for telekinesis and telepathy.[38]
Telepathy:[234] Jean is able to read thoughts, project and broadcast her own thoughts, as well as interact with, affect and even manipulate the minds of humans and animals with higher order intelligence (such as dolphins, ravens or dogs). The range at which she can perform these feats is greatly increased while she is accessing the Phoenix Force. Since her resurrection,[15] her range has naturally increased, having demonstrated the ability to link with every mutant mind on Krakoa,[199] and reach out to all active members of the X-Men around the world.[235] While in his mind, she was even able to force Nate Grey to experience all the suffering she caused while 'one with the Phoenix'.[236] During her time in the future, she displayed advanced telepathic skills after being tutored by Kitty Pryde, such as cloaking herself and Scott Summers from even the most powerful of the future X-Mens' telepaths. She was also able to overpower Xorn (her future self), although the latter claimed that she was holding back during the altercation.[237] However, the magnitude of this achievement is shown by the fact that even the combined might of the Stepford Cuckoos and Emma Frost was insufficient to defeat Xorn.[237] She was also able to invade the mind of the primordial symbiote God Knull,[238] and has bypassed the telepathic shielding of Juggernaut's helmet. Her telepathy is of such magnitude that she was also able to easily overpower Nightmare, a powerful psychic demon in his own right.[201] After her absorption of Psylocke's specialized telepathy, Jean's own telepathic skill and power was increased to a level at which she could create psionic firebirds capable of inflicting mental and physical damage. However, this enhanced telepathy came at the temporary cost of her telekinesis. She has demonstrated the following specialized uses:
Telepathic Defense: She can manifest her telepathy in a number of defensive ways.
Telepathic Cloak: She can mask her presence and the use of her abilities from being detected by other psions and Cerebro-type devices. She can extend these defenses to others around her as well. Cloaking via telepathy is not perfect and powerful psis may notice and 'see' through this ability.[239]
Cloak Mind: Ability to rearrange the "mental engrams" of mutants so their distinctive mutant thought patterns cannot be detected by Cerebro-type devices or by other telepaths.
Psychic Shield: Ability to erect a psychic shield for protection of herself and the minds of others.[237]
Illusions: She can create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring.[240] Her illusions can also inflict pain in others, making them near flawless. This was later proven when Karnak took 3 days to find a flaw in one of her mindscapes.[52]
Telepathic Camouflage: She can alter the apparent physical appearance of herself and other people by altering the perceptions of those around her. This can go so far as to make other people believe that the camouflaged people are not there (invisible). A limit, if one exists, is only imposed by the number of people she is trying to fool, not the number of people she is camouflaging.[241][242][243]
Telepathic Manipulation: She can manipulate other people's minds easily, achieving a variety of effects.
Memory Manipulation: She can implant, restore or alter the memory of others.[244]
Memory Erasure: She can erase any awareness of particular memories or cause total amnesia.[245][244]
Mind Control: She can control the thoughts and actions of others.[246]
Mind Possession: She can possess the mind of another and use that being's body as her own.[247]
Personality Alteration: She can alter the minds of others by force of will, thus permanently changing their personality partially or entirely.[245]
Mental Paralysis: She can induce temporary mental or physical paralysis.[245][176]
Mind Transferral: She can transfer both her mind and powers into other host bodies if her own physical body was somehow killed.[135][136]
Heal Trauma: She has the ability to erase a person's memories and to heal mental trauma through "psychic surgery", as well as the power to stimulate or deaden the pain and pleasure centers in a person's brain.[170]
Mental Sedating: Can telepathically "sedate" her victims so that, if already rendered unconscious, they remain so for as long as she continues to "sedate" them.
Power Amplification: She can increase the speed of neural signals in the brain, which could increase another mutant's powers to incredible levels, but the effect was only temporary.[248][249]
Power Negation: Ability to place "psychic inhibitors" in the minds of mutant adversaries to prevent them from using their powers.[176][250]Mind Link: She can bond others' minds allowing them to communicate telepathically between them.[251]
Inter-Dimensional Telepathy: Jean was able to communicate with Cable while he was in the dimension of Otherworld, something Xavier thought was impossible to do.[252]Psychic Blast: She can project psychic force bolts which have no physical effects, but which can affect a victim's mind, causing them pain, knocking them unconsciousness or turning the victim "brain-dead".
Astral Projection: She can project her astral form from her body onto the Astral Plane or the physical plane. In the physical plane she can travel in astral form over vast distances. In the astral plane, she can mentally create psionic objects and manipulate the aspects of her environment. She can communicate with others astrally through her own will, or through contact with the thoughts and memories of others through time.[253][254][255]
Temporal Telepathy: Jean has been shown to be able to read, control and track minds through time, allowing her to affect events in the past, as well as sending her consciousness as well as Wolverine's through time.[255]
Mental Detection: She can sense the presence of another superhuman mutant within a small but as yet undefined radius of herself by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being.[179]
Telekinesis: By projecting her psychokinetic energy outwards into the physical world, Jean Grey is able to levitate objects, propel or manipulate them however she wishes, lift herself and move through the air to simulate flight, stimulate individual molecules to create heat, generate concussive force as blasts or bursts, and create protective shields. While she has access to the Phoenix Force, she is able to manipulate matter and energy on a sub-atomic scale using her telekinesis. She can even change her Phoenix clothes into a set of street clothes and lift multiple heavy objects at once without having any difficulties. After her resurrection her telekinetic abilities have vastly expanded enabling her to achieve incredible feats such as, throwing the new Sword Station into upper orbit,[256] pull Arakko through the External Gate with the help of Exodus,[35][256] and even drags and traps the Hex Phebe Reginax underwater, which was shown to be larger than the Empire State Building.[257]
Intuitive Aptitude: Through years of honing her telekinetic talents, She has demonstrated the ability to disassemble complex devices explosively (separating every last component, such as screws, nuts, circuit boards, etc.) and, just as quickly, easily assemble complex devices. This also has enabled her to even attain awareness and control over objects as small as individual electrons in an atom. For instance, she was able to remove all the spores spread by Cordycep Jones,[202] feel and manipulate air molecules,[258] and telekinetically control nanites[259] and blood within an individual's body.[260]
Force Field: She can create a telekinetic field to either shield her and her teammates or use it to lift multiple heavy objects at her enemy. Her telekinetic force-fields are strong enough to defend herself against the flames of the Phoenix Force, holds apart the core of the Progenitor,[207] and protect her from Captain Marvel's Binary Form.[261]
Tactile Telekinesis: She has the power to utilize a personal force field of telekinetic energy.
Concussive Blasts: She is able to release her telekinetic energies as powerful blast beams directed from her brain that could apparently affect matter with concussive and destructive force.
Matter Manipulation and Transmutation: She can manipulate and transmute matter on a molecular and subatomic level (e.g., turning wood into gold, plant into crystal, alter the clothing of herself and others, and cause physical bodies to disintegrate by altering their molecular structure, etc).[90]
Disintegration: Jean Grey has been shown, on numerous occasions, to break down, tear apart, and disintegrate objects and matter on a molecular level. For example, when she easily disintegrates a group of Tele-floronic beings who possessed regenerative abilities.[262]
Telekinetic Weapons: She can create psionic weapons and constructs out of psychic energy that damage a target either physically, mentally or both in some point.[263] The versatility of this ability was greatly enhanced after training with Psylocke.[264]
Temporal Telekinesis: Jean has been able to use her telekinetic abilities through time by projecting her astral form in different points in the timestream.[255]Flight: Jean has, on numerous occasions, demonstrated the ability to use her telekinesis to fly across long distances at varying speeds.
Psychic Energy Manipulation: Jean has demonstrated the ability to harness, tap into, and manipulate psionic energy for various purposes and effects, including but not limited to:
Psychic Siphoning: Jean is able to drain others' psychic energy to enhance her psionic powers. The boost she can provide to herself depends on the psychic energy within her enemies, explaining the fact that she is rarely seen using this power. The greatest feat she has performed after using this ability was when she knocked Galactus out with a blast of psychic energy stolen from him, the Phoenix, Terrax, and an unknown alien species.[61] She also used this ability to reconstruct her body after being consumed by a Poison, and to kill the Poison Queen.[265]
Telekinetic Aura: She can surround her body with psychic energy to protect herself from harm. She survived a high-speed collision from Gladiator, which would have normally resulted with her death.[55]
Psychic Resistance: She can protect herself from other telepaths by draining the psychic energy that they normally use.[266] This also prevents her psyche from complete erasure after the Poisons took her over.[265]
Psychic Entity Physiology: Jean manages to ascend her physical body to become a being of pure psionic force, similar to Nate Grey from the age of Apocalypse.[55] In this form she is a material energy being who could regain her physical form even after having been consumed by a Poison, using this feature to break free of her corporeal prison and reconstruct her physical body from scratch.[265]
Cosmic-Level Telekinetic Blast: She can create a blast of psychic energy powerful enough to affect Cosmic Beings as Galactus.
Psychic Flames Manipulation: Even without the Phoenix Force, Jean has been shown to psychically control and influence flames composed of psychic energy to a certain extent.[267][268] She can also use her telekinesis to manifest psychic firebird, whose claws could inflict both physical and mental damage.[269][270][61]
Psionic Electricity Generation: She can transform psychic energy into concussive bolts of energy.[251]
Possession: She can possess the mind of another and use that being's body as her own.[271]
Self-Resurrection: Jean has been able to resurrect herself by either using her psychic powers or through her sheer force of will. Jean has been able to resurrect herself by reconstructing her body out of psionic energy after it was vaporized.[265] Jean was even able to fully resurrect herself after being clinically dead and independent of the Phoenix Force after encasing herself in a glacier of ice.[4] Whenever Jean Grey dies, her spirit is sent into the White Hot Room to be resurrected by the Phoenix as a result of immense connection to the cosmic entity.
Phoenix Force Empowerment: As the favored and true avatar of the powerful Phoenix Force, Jean may greatly increase her powers by tapping into the omniversal life energies of those yet unborn.[272][273] The Phoenix Force also allows its avatars to manifest additional powers, especially in terms of Jean as its "host, house, and self". Jean Grey is the strongest and complete host of Phoenix Force and as such, she is even capable of forcibly ripping it out of another host and forcing its status upon herself.[274] They became the White Phoenix of the Crown and ruled over the omniverse in the white hot room. It was even revealed that Jean Grey is the Phoenix and always is the Phoenix, even when she's not the Phoenix. And the Phoenix is always Jean, even when it's not Jean.[1][275]Interstellar Travel: A Phoenix Force avatar can fly unaided through the vacuum of space and can travel interstellar distances faster than the speed of light.
Cosmic Pyrokinesis: Jean, while acting as a Phoenix Force avatar, can create 'cosmic' fire under any conditions, even the impossible ones such as in the vacuum of space or underwater. This fire does not require oxygen to burn and burns so intensely that matter is consumed without by-products such as ash. Jean has perfect control over this fire, and it only consumes what she wills. Typically, it manifests as a raptor or part of a raptor such as a claw or wings. It is unclear whether this fire is an extension of her powerful telekinesis or a more general property of the Phoenix Force. It is possible that she can create her very powerful 'cosmic' fire by the combination of both her extended telekinesis power and Phoenix Force as the result of her status as the one true Phoenix. It is certainly true that the cosmic fire is literal punctuation to the Phoenix's purpose to 'burn away what doesn't work' and 'burn through lies'. Her cosmic fire is strong enough to easily defeat Terrax the Tamer and injuring Galactus. Even while unconscious, this fire can easily melt oxygen equipment and difficult to extinguish as Phoenix Force entered young Jean.[276]
Cosmic Teleportation: She can teleport her and others across vast distances such as to another planet or galaxy, across the vast vacuum of space itself,[87] or even an entirely new timeline all-together.[24]
Concussive Force Blasts: She can use the 'Phoenix energy' to manipulate and project multiple forms of energy and use it to project blasts and beams of immense concussive force powerful enough to destroy whole planetary bodies.[90]
Telekinetic Sensitivity: This lets her feel the texture of objects she has a telekinetic hold on, feel when other objects come into contact with them, and probe them at a molecular level to identify if they contain alien materials or feel when two things which she has a telekinetic "hold" upon are similarly composed.[178][277]
Resurrection: The Phoenix Force can resurrect others after they have died into pure living flesh, bone, and blood.[278] It is unknown if factors such as time since death have an effect on the ability to successfully resurrect a person, nor is it clear how the Phoenix calls back the soul of a person to their body.[279][13][280][24][14][220][4]
Energy Absorption: She can directly absorb, manipulate, generate, and fully control any type of energy such as Cyclops' ruby red-colored optic blasts or the entire energy of a star, black hole, or even a whole galaxy. Jean, as the "One-True Phoenix", was shown to be able to activate and deactivate the mutations of other's with just the use of her psychic abilities.[4]
Life-Force Control: As Jean is one with the Phoenix Force, she can fully control and manipulate life and death itself, as such, it can take the "life energy" from something, rendering it "dead" or vice versa.[281][4]
Immortality: Jean and the Phoenix Force are one-and-the-same entity at deep fundamental level, and as such Jean can never truly die and as a Phoenix Force avatar, she does not age. Upon the death of her corporeal form, Jean spends time in the White Hot Room doing 'Phoenix work'. The Phoenix Force can also restore Jean's body to life, although there appears to be some unknown limitation to how quickly it can successfully accomplish this following her death.
Temporal Manipulation: While acting as the Phoenix Force avatar, she can manipulate the past, present, and future across large temporal distances and with a profound knowledge of the causal affect her actions will have and see through the time. It may be the case that time as a concept doesn't apply to the White Hot Room. Jean as the White Phoenix of the Crown held her universe in her palms possessing the infinite power to write what she would as the "One True Phoenix" in any timeline, using it to manipulate the past to save her timeline from a horrible future, altering the memories of everyone in the reality itself in the process.[24]
Atmokinesis: Jean is capable of manipulating and creating cosmic weather. It can create cosmic storms, solar flares, geomagnetic storms, cosmic rays, coronal mass ejection, and black holes. It was thanks to this that Storm could find Dark Phoenix, by tracking the disturbances in the weather she was generating.[4]
Existence Mastery: Since Jean Grey is Phoenix entirely, she is able to possesses total control over the entirety of existence. She can warp reality, bring anything into existence, freely manipulate all existing things, and return them to nothingness when their purpose is extinguished. It's possible that she could have created and given birth by using a portion of the Phoenix Force to create Hope Summers. Though Jean herself did not give birth but gave the portion to her the minute she was born so she could save the mutant race. Another possibility would be her appearance (Hope possesses Jean's green eyes and red hair and resembles her also being the only other host that has been linked to the Phoenix without actually being a host at the time as well as the only other avatar to turn into a White Phoenix) and that she is Phoenix.]
Hope Summers:
Power Manipulation: Hope is an Omega-level mutant[99][18] with ability to manipulate powers of other mutants in her close proximity,[18] but only mutants.[10]
Power Mimicry: Hope's primary power allows her to copy the powers of any nearby mutant. Unlike other mutants with similar abilities, such as Rogue, Hope does not need to make physical contact and the person whose powers are copied suffers no ill effects. Hope seems to be subconsciously aware of any power she copies and is able to utilize it immediately, without any need to learn how to use them or even to see them in action first.[24][46] The powers she copies are at their full capacity[99] and she has full control over them[44] (regardless of how much the original wielder controls them and how well developed their powers are). Hope does not have any known limit on how many powers she can copy at the same time, but wielding multiple powers simultaneously is taxing on her.[57] The powers she duplicates fade away due to time, distance and usage.[98][100]
Power Absorption Immunity: Hope herself is immune to power absorption abilities, as demonstrated when Rogue's power had no effect on her.[28][99]
Power Regulation: Hope can stabilize the powers of other mutants and bring them to their most optimal state. Hope first used this ability to help the Lights, whose powers were unstable after activation.[101][51][102] Later on it became crucial to her role in The Five, as she continuously supported other members to keep their powers in peak condition, so that every resurrection was performed perfectly.[25] She also assisted two other Omega Level Mutants — Vulcan and Proteus — by supplying them with enough energy for completion of their part of Mars's terraformation.[86]
Power Amplification: Hope has the ability to aid mutants by temporarily unlocking the full potential of their powers and augmenting them.[25][86]Power Negation: Hope has displayed the ability to temporarily suppress the powers of other mutants, leaving them briefly de-powered.[103]
Power Synergizing: Hope has demonstrated the ability to aid other mutants in using their powers in synergy. One of her roles among the Five is to synchronize their powers and to help them operate in unison.[25]
Power Sensing: Hope can track down a mutant by sensing their power. She used this ability to find and catch Velocidad, when he himself wasn't able to control his powers, and when telepaths were unable to pinpoint his exact location.[26] She used this ability again to detect the mutant abilities inside Mother Righteous's simulacrum.[104]
Power Bestowal: First shown when she activated the Five Lights.[24] Hope later used this power — greatly augmented by the Phoenix Force — to activate a multitude of new mutants all around the world.[2]
Technological Undetectability: It is also notable that after Hope's initial detection at birth, Cerebra blew up.[105] After repairs were made the Three-in-One tried to search for her because she had been kidnapped by the Marauders yet she somehow became undetectable by mutant-detecting equipment. It is possible, however, that she was merely being shielded by Cable, as he was with her from the time she left the hospital until he left to stop the Nimrod-Series Sentinels.[106] Hope was again able to disguise her signal when both the X-Men and Avengers were looking across the globe for her, through the use of a device Cable taught her to build.[107]
Lights' Influence and Bonding: Soon after Hope's return to the present day, five new X-Genes manifested across the globe. Besides her own birth, these were the first new manifestations of mutant powers since M-Day.[24] The Lights were shown to be linked to each other with Hope able to exert a degree of control over them. Hope has exhibited both subconscious low-level powers of persuasion or manipulation over the lights, and when pushed, the ability to take control of their actions entirely.[53][96][108] All the Lights were also affected by the suicide of Zeeshan.[54] Also, when the Sixth Light activated, all of the Lights were able to sense it.[109]
The Five later developed a similar bond, becoming an inseparable unit and preferring to always stay together. It is unknown if this was caused by Hope or was simply a result of them bonding through the shared use of their powers.[25]
Abilities
Hope was taught how to fight by Cable, with Cyclops continuing her training. Hope was further tutored in survival techniques, various hand-held firearms and blades, stealth, CPR, combat first-aid, warfare strategy, and some gymnastics.
Weaknesses
Lack Of Control: Hope's mutant powers are not fully under control and generates power levels that are potentially dangerous to people and environments around her.
Power Limitation: Hope's ability to mimic superpowers is limited to mutants only.[10] Therefore, she cannot duplicate the abilities of non-mutant superpowered beings (i.e. Spider-Man, Luke Cage, or the Fantastic Four). Her duplicated powers do fade due to time, distance, and usage.[98][100] However, there were instances of Hope wielding powers from non-mutants, such as the Scarlet Witch (who was believed to be a mutant at the time) and Shou-Lao the Undying (a mystical, immortal dragon).[70]
Phoenix Force
Powers
The Phoenix Force is one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe, possessing the unlimited power to create and destroy anything and everything. It has been stated to be an Extinction-Level Threat by Quicksilver[107] and an Omega-Level Threat by Mister Fantastic.[108]
While how the Phoenix Force works is not clear, it seems to amplify existing emotions. As the emotions grow, the host's perspective grows infinite. Individual feelings like joy, grief, and love for another become insignificant. The memory of even incredibly traumatic events, such as Scott Summers's memory of Jean Grey's suicide on the moon, fades.[109]
The Phoenix Force's powers include:
Nigh Omnipotence: The Phoenix Force is practically omnipotent, however, it is limited in undetermined and undefined ways as seems to suit its current mission/purpose. As the White Phoenix of the Crown, it was able to warp reality on a universal scale.[31] This was not the result of divergence, but rather the effect of reality manipulation which changed history.
Future Life-Force Tap: The Phoenix Force can tap into the energy provided by the life-force reserved for future generations, thus denying them existence.[110] The Phoenix Force possesses limitless cosmic energy. With or without a host, it is one of the most powerful entities in the Marvel Universe, capable of existing in any plane, time-line or dimensional existence.
Concussive Force Blasts: It can wield this energy to project beams of immense concussive force powerful enough to destroy whole planetary bodies.
Quantum Singularity: It can transmigrate throughout time and space by folding its energy back into itself, causing it to collapse akin to a black hole. It then reforms itself upon reaching its destination, much like the Phoenix of ancient myths.
Energy Absorption: It can directly absorb, manipulate, and fully control any type of energy, such as Cyclops' ruby-red-colored optic blasts or the entire energy of a star, black hole, or even a whole galaxy. Jean, as the "One-True Phoenix", was shown to be able to activate and deactivate the mutations of others with just the use of her psychic abilities.
Life-Force Control: The Phoenix Force can control and manipulate life and death itself, as such, it can take the "life energy" from something, rendering it "dead" or vice versa.
Psionic Nexus: As the nexus or center of all psionic energy throughout the cosmos, the host attains nigh-infinitely powerful mental abilities, including telepathy, empathy, and telekinesis, and often seeks out hosts who have psionic abilities (i.e. Nate Grey, Jean Grey-Summers, The White Queen, and The Cuckoos). When bonded with a host, the Phoenix Force vastly strengthens and amplifies all of their superhuman mutant powers and abilities to immeasurable and innumerable power levels that have been shown to be near unlimited such as the Phoenix's one-true host.
Matter Transmutation: It can manipulate and transmute matter on a subatomic level (e.g., turning wood to gold, stone to crystal, cause physical bodies to disintegrate, convert Homo mermanus to Homo superior,[111] etc).
Cosmic Teleportation: It can teleport others across vast distances such as another planet or galaxy, and the vast vacuum of space itself or even an entire timeline all-together.
Disintegration Waves: It can consume and remove a near infinite amount of molecules per second.
Resurrection Force: It can resurrect anyone it wishes with its near infinite powers, as it is the embodiment of life and death itself. It could also bring itself back as well as its host (it has done this many times over in the form of Jean).[112]
Immortality: The Phoenix Force is immortal and indestructible. It cannot die or be destroyed. After its "death" in Avengers vs. X-Men it was said to be destroyed, but, as it has happened many times, the entity never truly died. It forms itself in a cosmic egg in the White Hot Room and stays in there until it is ready to come out. Some hosts get true immortality, but other get it from never aging or needing food, water, and oxygen to breath and, if they were killed, the Phoenix Force would bring him or her back to life.
Cosmic Pyrokinesis: It can create 'cosmic' flames under any conditions even the impossible ones such as vacuum space or underwater. These flames do not require oxygen to burn, and burn so intensely that matter is consumed without by-products such as ash. It has perfect control over these flames, and they only consume what it wills. These flames are shown to be able to burn even underwater. Typically they manifest as a raptor or part of a raptor such as a claw or wings, in the case of an avatar. It is unclear whether these flames are an extension of its powerful psionic abilities or a literal punctuation to its purpose to 'burn away what doesn't work.'[citation needed]
Temporal Manipulation: The Phoenix Force can manipulate the past, present, and future across large temporal distances and with a profound knowledge of the causal effect her actions will have. It may be the case that time as a concept doesn't apply to the White Hot Room. It has only been shown when Jean Grey as the White Phoenix of The Crown held her universe in the palm of her hands, possessing the infinite power to write what she would as the "One True Phoenix" in any timeline, using to save her timeline from becoming a horrible future, altering the memories of everyone in reality itself in the process.
Atmokinesis: The Phoenix Force is capable of manipulating and creating cosmic weather. It can create cosmic storms, solar flares, geomagnetic storms, cosmic rays, coronal mass ejection, and black holes.Existence Mastery: It possesses total control over the entire existence as shown by The White Phoenix of the Crown (c.f. The White Hot Room). It can warp the reality, bring anything into existence, freely manipulate all existing things, and return them to nothingness when their purpose is extinguished.
Its immeasurable cosmic powers and abilities appear to be at their strongest and most powerful when bonded to Jean Grey ("the One-True Phoenix" who is completely compatible with the entity, possessing incredibly strong and powerful levels of telepathic, empathic, and telekinetic godhood status abilities, complete control and manipulation over the realms of matter, energy, space, time, existence and thought), as the two have a strange, profound connection to each other (Jean is the closest thing the Force has to physical form as "their souls were cut from the same cloth"). It has yet to explain how Jean is "the true phoenix" and why, however, it has been theorized that the Phoenix is the true manifestation of Jean Grey's psychic abilities.
Like Jean Grey, the Phoenix uses telepathy and telekinesis, but at a much, much greater limitless power levels (unlimited as White Phoenix). It is able to rearrange the molecular structure of matter and fly at high hypersonic speeds while inside a planetary body. Using the Phoenix Force, she could travel through hyperspace and destroy Shi'ar battle cruisers with little effort.
