"Eris Legios, come out right now. You and I have some things to talk about. I will give you a minute to show yourself before I come and drag you out. Don't make me repeat myself."

Megan held his laugh inside as soon as he heard those words. 

He knew from experience that this would not work. To someone like Eris, a threat of this level was like a pebble against a mountain.

'Who does this girl think she is? Just because she got some magic and won against Zayne Trusdale once, she suddenly thinks she is good enough for Lady Eris's attention. Ah, I want to end her life and her ridiculous confidence…'

Despite having this thought, Megan continued to lie on the ground and pretend to be unconscious.

He did not want to give his secret away this easily.

Ultimately, Layla sighed and made a ridiculous statement. It was so absurd that Megan almost let out a startled laugh.

But he held it inside and decided to focus on his timing to end Layla's life.
