The first place is the Land of the Big Red Hoarders, otherwise known as the Dragon Continent. Though to acquire this Tear, you will need to face the fearsome Three-headed Dragon Lord Placidusax. Might as well be an SSS-Rank Legend at that point.

The second place is the Crysthanamum World, which is the territory fiercely guarded by the Leviathans, all of whom are basically city-sized kings of the sky. They number in few, but not a single one of them is below the S-Rank. To face them and their leader, the Kingdom Devourer, head on, might as well be a death sentence, equal to that of invading the Dragon Continent, and just a little less foolish than trespassing on the Elve's Sacred Grounds.
