"So it has begun." Leo smiles not worried about his village.
[Leo we are under attack.] It was Sebast who messaged him via Clan Chat similar to thought communication but exclusive to clan mates.
"Proceed with the plan," Leo ordered.
Then Leo teleported himself to the sky to get the top view of the field. There were hundreds of Riders attacking, and he could see squads of foot soldiers approaching slowly. He was sure that the Shadowhand (ninja-like bandits) was also hiding somewhere.
The Archers were swiftly taking down the riders by targeting their mounts at a swift speed that I thought we wouldn't need to use the traps.
Suddenly, I heard a roar similar to that of Angry Boar as the riders were covered in a shield and their mounts started to heal. I saw the newcomer, Terry, the leader of the riders, had arrived, and it looked like he would be the trouble.
(Battlefield)
As Terry entered the field, the ground shook as if there was an earthquake; with a battle cry, the riders, with a new vigor, started attacking.
*Boom
*Whoosh
*Freeze
*Zap
And activated the traps.
The decoys worked perfectly, and in a few moments, more than half of the riders were out; the field was in chaos, and the Elite Barbarians, led by the Berserkers, swiftly took down several riders who were still marching.
Those who were taken down were swiftly teleported via shadow motion by Akali and Sebast.
Terry, seeing this, jumped from his mount. "Pim Pim, take down those walls. I will take care of these Barbarians." With his battle hammer, he rushed towards E. Barbarians, as if the raining arrows didn't have any effect on him, which was true, swiftly knocked anyone who came in his way. It was an impressive feat, a demonstration of his power as an A rank.
Before he could steamroll more, he was intercepted by Mikhail (Berserker, previously Lumberjack), who, with his two axes, attacked his rage, fueling his strength. The others retreated from where they were fighting, realizing that this clash was out of their league.
Their decision was found right when cracks started appearing around the duo, Leo realized it was a skill, similar to Barbarian King's Earthquake Boots from the game area of 5 meters was devastated as the earth was ripped open, strangely it didn't affect Terry but same couldn't be said for Mikhail, who was affected by the 'waves'.
Seeing an opportunity, Terry hit the Berserker with his hammer, sending him flying in cannonball in the air 10 meters above.
Mikhail is feeling a bit dizzy from the previous attack found himself in the air, he finds himself falling back on the ground where Terry was waiting for him to hit him again like a baseball player.
"Haa" With a battle cry he crossed his axes in front and shouted "Berserker -"
*BOOM
Clouds of dust enveloped them as the battlefield became silent, everyone waiting for the outcome.
Pim Pim (the Angry Boar), who was in a stalemate with Alexie (another Berserker), turned to look in the direction of the blast, and the same with Alexie, waiting with bated breath.
As the dust settled, Terry and Mikhail were found having hand-to-hand combat, their weapons lying on the ground. Everyone, no matter which faction, released a sigh of relief as the battle continued.
"*Oink looks like your friend is tough." Pim Pim speaks out of nowhere.
This took Alexie off-guard as he spoke "A talking pig." This mistake cost him a tooth. As he was thrown into the air, the boar ran towards the walls, grunting, he shouted, "I am not a pig, you WOODFUCKER."
His eyes gleamed in victory as he reached the wall-*Zap
"Every pig says he is not a pig." Oskari, the Electro Wizard, says after he zapped the hog.
*Sniff "Did someone cook a pork chop?" He jokes to no one.
Back to Terry.
Terry, with his connection to Pim Pim, feels that something has happened to his friend; he was alive but not in good condition.
He turns to look and finds that his partner is engulfed in shadows similar to that old man.
Before he could process anything he was taken out by a punch from Mikhail.
(Leo)
I didn't expect Berserkers to be this strong, but these two Pim Pim and Terry caught me off-guard.
First, the healing, then the battle cry that somehow strengthens his allies, and at last, the Earthquake. If he hadn't been distracted by the Berserkers, they would have been able to affect the battlefield.
While the leader was defeated, it couldn't be said for others. The foot soldiers and remaining riders were gaining the upper hand due to their numbers. Seeing this, Leo smirked and summons the skeleton army.
On the battlefield, skeletal hands started coming out of the ground, catching the bandits off-guard; Leo's army already knew about the skeletons, so they didn't pay much attention to it.
The skeletons were equipped with spears, swords, shields, and armor, raising their threat to another level. Instantly, the favorable battlefield for bandits turned unfavorable.
Leo created several wood clones to heal his injured troops in the Army Camp, some of them were already keeping an eye inside the villages with Knights and Builder Base troops.
As Leo thought about the battle his senses warned him as he teleported from his initial position.
*RUMBLE
A bolt of lightning crashed around the area as he looked at the attacker, a busted woman with silver hair and chocolate skin with an eye patch, her exposed eye was glowing white.
(Image)
"Whoa, so this is your power? The Bandit leader Kira?" Leo spoke with a mild surprise; he could feel formidable power coming from her. It was less than his, but Leo knew better than to underestimate anyone.
"I knew you were with these goblin bastards. There's no way they would be able to last this long; what sort of sorcerer is this, you majin?" She glared at him, preparing another attack.
"Goblins, where?" Leo was surprised the only goblins he had in the village were the Goblin Gang, and those guys were pretty much useless except for entertainment purposes.
"Don't feign surprise; Kanade has seen everything; you are helping Goblin Lord." See accused as she unleashed a torrent of lightning over him.
This made Leo think about Sebast's words about some misunderstanding.
Dodging the lightning strikes easily, Leo said, "I believe there is some misunderstanding here."
But the angry bandit didn't listen to him and continued attacking; seeing that she was not listening, Leo decided to change the location since being in the air put him at a disadvantage, and he didn't want to take any chances.
Leo didn't know how to fly which was funny considering he had the power to destroy countries but it was true, he had various ideas about flying like [Gravity Flight] but manipulation of gravity was easier said than done, and that too when you are inside the Barrier, while it was common skill it was much more difficult.
Then he thought of creating wings with his magicules like avatar and weapons, but the magicule consumption was very high. After a few more ideas, Leo settled on Teleportation [Command] combined with thought acceleration. Leo was able to teleport every nanosecond in the air, making him seem like he was flying.
Leo teleported himself at small distances so Kira would be able to follow him as he took her to a secluded spot in the forest; Kira warily chased him, careful of potential ambush, but seeing no one, she attacked again, this time using wind.
Leo appeared directly in front of Kira, who was caught off guard by his sudden aggressiveness but regained her posture as she covered her body with earth, making Leo amazed at how easily she was able to manipulate all these elements without using magicules or chanting spells.
*Crack
It seemed like Kira underestimated his strength as Leo's puch broke her earth armor, almost breaking her arms.
'How is he physically so strong.' the strength was even more than her friend Daiki and she was a half-giant.
Kira created a distance between them, wary of his strength now. She barraged him with different elemental attacks, and Leo created a barrier that absorbed all her attacks like a sponge.
"My turn," Leo smirked. Immediately, a large number of arrows appeared in the sky and started raining over her; she created a shield of various elements simultaneously to protect herself.
Leo didn't wait for the arrows to finish as he created a GIANT snowball of a ten-meter radius and threw it at her.
*BOOM
Making the surroundings similar to a winter land.
Leo sensed that it didn't affect her much apart from the slow-down effect, which also started to vanish when she used the fire element. He could also sense her using holy magic.
Making Leo more amazed as he walked towards her slowly, "Lightning, Wind, Water, Earth, and Fire you were able to manipulate all these elements without any magicules or with little use of magicules and Holy Magic that not anyone can use easily."
"SHUT UP!"
Her arm was coated in black flames that gave Leo a bad feeling as he teleported far from her, but to his surprise, she appeared directly in front of him as if she were tracking him, and when his eyes fell on her face, the eye patch from before was not there and there was a
"Sharingan?" As if not expecting anyone to recognize her ability even Kira appeared stunned.
But she didn't say anything but continued to attack him with those flames that Leo guessed were [Amaterasu]. Leo was holding back, wanting to know what tricks she was hiding, unable to hold his curiosity. "So you are an Otherworlder?"
But she didn't respond, so Leo decided to end this fight. He would ask her questions later when he captured her.
He created several wood clones to confuse her as he didn't believe Kira would be able to tell the difference. Just as he was about to completely implement his plan, he felt his consciousness being pulled somewhere he wasn't able to resist due to his low immunity towards illusions.
Leo found himself in a greyish-dark world where the sky was red with a red moon, in front of him was a purple-haired woman with a face similar to Kira and Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes.
But in another second, he was pulled back from the illusion; outside the illusion, Kira appeared on the verge of collapsing, but it didn't hide the shock on her face, her eye bleeding as the MS disappeared.
"How-" but Leo didn't wait for her question. With a chop, he put her to sleep and carried her like a sack of potatoes, not before binding her with cuffs made from Elixir Ore.
He sighs in relief, collapsing on the ground, not because of exhaustion. He barely used any magicules in the battle, but because of how close the fight was.
(Leo)
I have been too arrogant to think that I will be able to handle these guys.
I didn't expect that she would be able to catch me off-guard twice in the battle, and both times, she would have killed me or defeated me if not for my sheer luck.
Who he was kidding?
He only won because the girl didn't think that he would be able to 'resist' the illusion.
"If not for thought acceleration and perks." Leo was sure he was a goner.
Not wanting to ponder more about the slap the reality gave him, Leo teleported himself to the dungeon where all the captives were kept.
(Battlefield)
As Leo clashed with Kira, his wood clones, stationed at the village's front lines, helped the troops as healers; the front of the village that was used as decoys was destroyed. Meanwhile, the Shadowhands were engaged in intense combat with Sebast and Akali, who had joined the fray after most of the fallen had been removed. The duo's Shadow powers gave them the upper hand, allowing them to gain the advantage with ease.
Elsewhere, Atlas, the towering giant, battled Daiki, the half-giantess. Despite Daiki's agility, she was on the brink of defeat, struggling to withstand Atlas's crushing blows.
Kanade, however, remained absent from the battle, instead finding herself under attack by Aika. The latter unleashed a minor explosion spell, catching Kanade off guard.
"You... what are you doing here?" Kanade exclaimed shock etched on her face.
Aika adjusted her glasses, which flashed white momentarily. "I've come to share the tale of the Prince and the Beast," she began a mischievous glint in her eye. "Would you—"
Kanade cut her off, her face flushing with embarrassment. "No!"
With a swift motion, Kanade launched a barrage of [Arrows] at Aika. The latter retaliated with a common wind spell, effortlessly dispersing the projectiles while wearing a mocking expression.
Kanade's eyes narrowed, her irritation boiling over. She summoned a concentrated barrage of [Arrows], each infused with precision and force. Aika, unfazed, raised her hand, and the wind around her swirled, creating a vortex that deflected the projectiles.
"You're wasting your energy, arrow girl," Aika said, her voice laced with amusement. "My tale is far more captivating than this battle."
Aika began to weave an intricate pattern with her fingers, creating an explosion. Kanade leaped back, avoiding the attack by mere inches.
"Listen well," Aika said, her voice taking on a mystical quality. "The Prince and the Beast... Their story is one of fate, of love, and sacrifice."
Kanade's expression twisted in frustration. "I don't care about your fairy tales, Pervert!"
With a swift dash, Kanade closed the distance between them. Her sword gleamed coldly but she was forced back by Aika's continuous barrage of explosion spells
Aika's calculated movements and explosive magic proved too much for Kanade. With a final, decisive blow, Aika struck Kanade with multiple minor explosion spells from different angles catching Kanade off-guard.
Kanade stumbled back, her defenses breached. Aika seized the opening, unleashing a concentrated gust of wind that sent Kanade crashing to the ground.
"You should have listened to the tale," Aika said, standing over Kanade with a triumphant smile. "The Prince and the Beast's story holds secrets to unlocking true power."
Kanade glared up at Aika, anger and frustration burning within.
"The battle's far from over," Kanade snarled, struggling to rise.
Aika's expression turned enigmatic. "We'll see about that."
Suddenly Kanade found herself in a dark room there she saw a giant monster and under him "No!" Kanade screamed at the scene in front of her as the beast turned towards her.
Fortunately, the illusion was broken.
"Aw, looks like I have a lot of practice to do," Aika exclaimed in a mock surprise as Kanade found herself bound by cuffs and she felt her magic sealed.
In mere moments, she was defeated by the perverted glasses.
The Battle Between The Mountain Kings and Aryavart (the new name of the village) reached its end.
~~~~~~~
I am shitty at writing action scenes.
The Sharingan thing is NOTHING major just a character from Naruto world it is because I wanted to try something like that and I am planning to write a Naruto fanfiction not now probably after 60+ chapters meaning 120k+ words later and I want to AVOID writing OCs.
I hope the illusion weakness is not forced, Leo while being a God doesn't have high resistance to illusions much less Tsukiyomi which is a bullshit ability like all MS abilities.
It was shown when Leo was affected by Aika who has a Succubus physique a race also known for their illusion powers.
And how Kira was able to use SHARINGan will be explained later.
AND
I think I hoped too much but thanks for the half century.
