Inside General Martin's vault he heard a voice come through his radio receiver, 'Hello, is anyone there? This is Fabrice Targan, former army commander. Go ahead, I can respond to your message right now?'

The same message was transmitted and heard on Mister Parker's receiver and many more others. 

General Martin automatically rushed to grab the phone, picked up the receiver, 'Hello Fabrice Targan, this is General Martins, are you still online? Do you have any information about the status of our city?' General Martins knew quite well how Fabrice Targan functioned and his resourcefulness in his hand. 

Fabrice Targan went direct to the point, 'You can come out now, the invasion is over.'

The moment Fabrice Targan's voice faded, did another one spring into action, 'Hello sir it's Silvia Mandrena, is it safe to come out there?'

Fabrice Targan connected with Silvia Mandrena, 'Of course, where are you?'
