Raymond's eyes widened in horror as Natalie's face drained of color. "Nat..." he whispered, alarm creeping into his voice.

But before he could react, Natalie's eyes rolled back, and she crumpled to the floor, her body limp. The sight of her blood had sent a jolt of panic through her.

"Natalie!" Raymond screamed, leaping to his feet.

He swept her into his arms, ignoring the stunned lookers, and rushed out of the restaurant into the pouring rain. Without hesitation, he yanked open the car door and slid in, cradling Natalie.

Raymond initially considered taking Natalie to Grande's Hospital, but decided against it, fearing unwanted attention. Instead, he opted for the clinic where he first knew about Natalie's pregnancy.

As he arrived, he urgently handed Natalie over to the nurses. "Please, take care of her," he pleaded, his eyes following them as they whisked her away to a ward.
