Qi Yue was admonishing Liu Xiaojia.

If you remain weak and timid, who wouldn't want to trample over you?"

Having witnessed Qi Yue come to her defense, Liu Xiaojia had grown to admire her greatly in a short span of time. 

"You're amazing, Sister Housekeeper! Mr. and Miss have been away, and Aunt Zhang has been acting high and mighty.

No one's been able to control her, but the moment you arrived, she was put in her place." Liu Xiaojia gazed at Qi Yue with starry eyes. 

Qi Yue could tell from her flushed and excited expression that her words hadn't sunk in. Liu Xiaojia reminded her of her own past self. 

Because of an unhappy childhood and many years spent in an orphanage, Qi Yue had developed a deeply ingrained sense of inferiority and timidity.
