Cora walked in swaggeringly. Rose shot an illusion spell on her to mask her pale appearance. Cora shot her a quick thankful look before continuing her walk.

She stood before Asher. She didn't even climb the obvious stage but she made others on the dais feel short.

"You have some guts trying to force my son after what I told you."

The people kept watching. After all, it's not every day you get to see such high-performance drama completely free of charge. It was a "You have to be there" kind of situation.

June who was inconspicuous ran to Cora.

"Aunt, they were all grouping on Asher. He clearly wants to marry his girlfriend. But they were trying to force him."

She complained. It obviously had the effect and Cora glared at everyone. She didn't leave the female lead from her enemy list and glared at her too. Rose was glad to see the female lead flinch.
