章 29: Chapter 29

A month has gone by since I and Diego started working on Emily's case, the date we had last week has taken away a lot of our time from the high-profile divorce case we were working on. 

We are trying our best to see that Emily gets her fair share of assets after her divorce. Over 30 million dollars worth of assets.

Emily offered Diego over one million dollars if he could win the court case she is currently having with her former husband. 

Her husband claimed that he had started his company before he married her so she couldn't get any share of his assets. However, the assets she built while she was married to him would be shared between them. 

Emily lost her father while she was still married to her husband, her husband did not let her work so she was completely dependent on him.
