NOTE: Any instance I use Dattebayo incorrectly or inconsistently with Naruto's personality till the end of Shippuden, please point it out.
I don't want to create a disaster like they did in Boruto: NNG manga.

The boy noticed Aki staring and grinned, his blue eyes shining. "Hey! You're new around here, aren't you?" he asked, his voice full of curiosity.
Aki nodded slightly. "Yeah, just got here," he replied.
The boy's grin widened even more. "I'm Naruto Uzumaki! I'm gonna be the Hokage someday, believe it!" His voice was full of that unmistakable, unwavering determination that only a child could possess.
Aki raised an eyebrow, a bit amused by Naruto's confidence. "Hokage, huh? That's a big goal," he said with a beaming smile. "Best of luck!"
'What great luck to actually meet the protagonist on my first visit,' Aki thought to himself happily.
Naruto puffed out his chest proudly. "You bet it is! But I'm gonna do it! And when I do, I'll make sure the whole village is a great place for everyone!" He paused, looking at Aki in surprise. "Wait, you think I can do it?"
Naruto found it surprising that someone actually believed him right now, especially when everyone else mocked his ambitious goal. Maybe he had found a friend.
"Oh, and what's your name?"
"Aki," he replied simply. "And yes, I believe you can do it."
'Which idiotic fan would think otherwise about the Seventh Hokage?'
"Nice to meet you, Aki!" Naruto couldn't hide his happiness at Aki's words. "You're gonna love this place. It's the best ramen in the world, dattebayo!"
Aki couldn't help but smile at the boy's infectious energy. "I hope so," he said.
Just then, the owner placed a steaming bowl of ramen in front of Aki. "One miso ramen with chicken and extra slices!" he said with a smile.
Aki murmured a thank you and picked up his chopsticks, taking his first bite. The flavors were rich and comforting, a brief respite from the chaos in his mind.
The ramen tasted so good that Aki couldn't extricate himself from devouring it completely, only catching Naruto's words between his slurps.
"See? Told ya!" Naruto said, already halfway through his second bowl. "This place makes everything better! I come here whenever I can!"
Aki replied between slurps, his cheeks puffed with food. "Yeah, it's really good," he admitted.
Naruto grinned, his cheeks full of noodles. "You know, Aki, when I'm Hokage, I'll make sure everyone in the village gets to eat ramen whenever they want! No one should go hungry, dattebayo!"
Aki glanced at him, a little surprised by the boy's earnestness. "That's... a nice thought," he replied, unsure of how to respond to Naruto's boundless optimism.
Naruto nodded vigorously. "Yup! And I'll protect everyone too! So, if you're ever in trouble, I'll be there to help, dattebayo!"
Aki blinked at Naruto's unexpected declaration of support. There was something so pure and sincere about the way Naruto spoke, a belief in his words that was hard to dismiss, even for someone like Aki who had been through so much.
"Well, thanks," Aki said, a small, genuine smile tugging at his lips. "I'll remember that, future Hokage."
Naruto beamed, clearly pleased with the title. "You got it!" He turned back to his bowl, slurping down the last of his ramen with gusto.
'Damn Talk no Jutsu… Naruto, you already won me over,' Aki mused to himself.
If Naruto were the Hokage right now, Aki might have defected without a doubt. But for now, it's Hiruzen, and the village is most dangerous during his era.
Otherwise, how would Kishimoto write about Naruto's journey and the improvement of the village over time? In Naruto's era, it becomes the best place to live in across all villages.
"Let's play," Aki decided to be a child once more with Naruto. This time by choice, not because of circumstances.
"REALLY?" Naruto was over the moon, ecstatic that someone was finally willing to play with him, regardless of his new friend's origins.
Aki finished his bowl of ramen, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. He looked over at Naruto, who was already bouncing on the stool with excitement.
Aki knew he needed to check in with his assigned Jonin before spending more time with Naruto.
"Hey, Naruto," Aki started, trying to sound casual. "I just need to talk to someone real quick. You know, uh, my guardian. Gotta let him know where I am."
Naruto tilted his head in curiosity. "Guardian? Oh, you mean like a babysitter or something?" He laughed, clearly finding the idea amusing.
Aki chuckled, scratching the back of his head. "Yeah, something like that."
"Order up more Ramen if you want to eat, I'm paying" Aki's words sent another wave of excitement in Naruto.
"Two bowls of ramen with miso base and extra chasu, also add Naruto toppings" Naruto ordered more without hesitation at those words.
With that Aki went outside the shop and found the Jonin the third Hokage had sent to watch over him.
"Hey," Aki greeted, trying to sound casual despite the tension. "I just met a new friend. Naruto Uzumaki. We were thinking of playing for a bit. Is that okay?"
Jonin's eyes narrowed at the mention of Naruto's name, his demeanor becoming even more rigid. "Naruto Uzumaki?" He spat the name out as if it left a bad taste in his mouth.
"Listen, kid, you don't want to associate with him. He's nothing but trouble." His tone was harsh, full of disdain.
Aki frowned, taken aback by Jonin's reaction. "Trouble? He's just a kid, and he seems like a good person," Aki argued, his voice firm. "He was the first person to actually talk to me since I got here."
The Jonin's expression remained unyielding. "You have no idea what you're dealing with," he said coldly.
"That boy is a nuisance, a constant headache for everyone in the village. It's not about being a 'good person.' There are things you don't understand."
Aki's eyes hardened. "All I see is a kid who's trying his best," he replied sharply. "If you think I'm going to ignore him just because of some rumors or whatever grudge people have, then you're wrong."
The Jonin stared at Aki for a long moment, his lips thinning into a tight line. "Fine," he said coldly.
"Do what you want. But don't say I didn't warn you." His words were strict, almost a command, but Aki could tell they came from ingrained bias rather than genuine concern.
Aki met the Jonin's gaze, unflinching. "Noted," he said curtly before turning away to head back inside the ramen shop.
'tsk tsk another goddamned Naruto hater of Konoha, you'll eat your words once he becomes the Hokage. If you're alive by the time that is.' With those thoughts, Aki returned to the shop.
Aki was contemplating whether to put this motherfucker on his kill list.
"I have returned" Aki announced as he returned, 'How's that for you people expecting the words "I'm back" from me to roast me' he mused to himself.
Naruto was still at the counter, enjoying his second bowl of ramen with pure bliss. His eyes lit up at Aki's words.
"So, are we going?" Naruto asked with a shaky voice, after all, most kids have refused him after talking to their guardians.
"Of course," Aki replied with a beaming smile bringing excitement back to Naruto's face.
Naruto's eyes widened with delight. "Really? Thanks, Aki!" He jumped off the stool, practically vibrating with excitement. "Let's go play, then!"
Aki paid the ryo he owed to the shop and followed Naruto to the supposed best spot. He wanted to know what prank this prankster would bring him along for.
Aki was kind of envious of Naruto's optimism, it is so unnatural that people think of him as the worst protagonist in the Big 3.
If there was anyone else in his position, they would have gone Eren Jaeger mode and destroyed the world.
'If Naruto was also evil, there is no way for Naruto-verse to survive.'
Just imagine Naruto joining hands with Madara and Obito during the 4GNW or with Pain right after Sakura summons him back.
While Aki was thinking that Naruto brought him to a shop selling paint. 'No fucking way, we're doing THAT" Aki thought fearing it might cost him his sanity to be friends with a kid like Naruto.
'You get what you sign up for'

Naruto's next words subverted all expectations Aki had and left him stunned.
"See that sleeping old man?" With his signature evil grin, Naruto asked, "Let's make him a monkey," Aki saw him holding different colors and a brush which he took out from who knows where.
'Damn, expect the unexpected and still get surprised!'
Aki glanced at the old man, peacefully dozing off in a nearby chair outside the shop. The man's face was just asking to be turned into a masterpiece of mischief.
'Might as well go all in.'
He let out a small sigh and leaned closer to Naruto, "Alright, but we got to be quick and quiet. Got it?" Aki whispered, trying to keep his face straight.
Naruto nodded eagerly, his grin widening. "Yeah, yeah! We'll be like ninjas!" he whispered back, practically vibrating with excitement.
'You are a ninja, ya fool,' Aki thought, shaking his head slightly.
Aki followed Naruto as they crept closer to the old man stealthily. As they got into position, Naruto and Aki glanced around to make sure no one was watching. The coast was clear.
Naruto started to draw with surprising delicacy for someone his age, sketching out a cartoonish face on the old man, he admired his own handiwork.
Aki held his breath watching the transformation take place while also on the lookout for anyone who might catch them red-handed, ready to take Naruto and disappear at any time.
"You're really something, Naruto," Aki whispered, shaking his head in disbelief.
Naruto beamed at the praise, his eyes shining. "Told ya it'd be fun!" he whispered back. "Now, let's get out of here before he wakes up!"
"Ok, my turn next," Aki said as they darted away from the scene, both trying to contain the laughter as they ran down the street.
"Hahahahahaha"
Both of them let it all out as they climbed a roof. The Jonin assigned to watch Aki saw all of this playout but as per third Hokage's order, he couldn't interfere unless Aki tried to run away.
Not that he could stop Aki if he tried, after all, Aki knows partial lightning chakra mode, flash step, and the body flicker jutsu, he might be the fastest ninja after the 3 super elites in the village.
As they walk around the village, Aki spots a clothesline with some freshly laundered clothes hanging out to dry. He nudges Naruto and whispers, "See those clothes? We're going to give the owner a surprise fashion show."
Naruto tilts his head, confused. "Fashion show?"
Aki grins. "Watch this." He quietly approaches the clothesline, making sure no one is around.
He then started rearranging the clothes in a funny way—like tying sleeves together to make the shirts look like they're holding hands or rolling up the pants and socks into funny shapes.
Naruto giggles as he watches Aki's antics. Once Aki finishes, they step back to admire their work: the clothes now look like a group of people standing together, holding hands, and even wearing some of the socks like hats.
Naruto, catching on, adds a final touch by drawing a silly face on a scrap piece of paper and sticking it on one of the shirts, making it look like a head.
They quickly hide nearby and wait for the owner to come out and see their handiwork.
When the owner finally comes out and sees the "fashion show" set up, they stand there baffled, trying to figure out how their laundry turned into a line-up of goofy characters.
Naruto and Aki have to stifle their laughter as they watch the owner inspect the clothes, shaking their head in confusion but with a hint of amusement.
This was only the beginning. For the next hour, they went around the village pulling off a series of harmless pranks.
Switching shop signs around, setting up a bucket of water to spill over an unsuspecting passerby, and even managing to slip a few colorful leaves into a merchant's hair without them noticing.
"NARUTO!" Iruka's shout came in the middle of one of their pranks, while the pair were having the time of their lives.
With a stern look and arms crossed, Iruka gave them a lecture that lasted what felt like an eternity.
"You know better than this, Naruto!" Iruka scolded. "And Aki, you should be setting a good example, not encouraging him!"
Iruka and other Jonin had already been informed about Aki, the missing Hyuga who just returned to the village and was under watch.
Aki and Naruto both hung their heads, muttering apologies while trying not to burst into laughter as they exchanged glances. Their punishment was to help clean up some of the messes they made, which they begrudgingly accepted.
But even this couldn't dampen their spirits for long. As soon as they were free from Iruka's watchful eye, Naruto immediately had another idea.
"Hey, let's play 'ninja saving the village!'" Naruto suggested, his eyes lighting up with excitement.
Aki raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Saving the village, huh? How do we do that?"
Naruto puffed out his chest. "I'll be the hero, and you can be my sidekick! We have to sneak around and protect everyone from invisible enemies."
Aki smirked. "Alright, hero. Lead the way."
And with that, they spent the rest of the afternoon darting between rooftops, sneaking through alleyways, and "protecting" the village from imagined threats.
It was already the evening when they stopped playing and Naruto took Aki to the top of the Hokage monument.
Both relaxing after an exhausting day, but both of them did not feel tired as if they had unlimited stamina, thanks to the massive chakra they had.
Aki was satisfied with his day with Naruto Uzumaki, the protagonist of this world. He considered Naruto his first friend after all they had done together.
Yes, Kaito and the group could have been considered friends but Aki did not open up to them as much as he did with Naruto in a single day.
'Time to add in the butterflies and make Naruto stronger'
Aki was unsure about his plans before meeting Naruto, but spending time with him helped him relax and pushed those worries aside.
"Hey Aki," Naruto suddenly said, breaking the comfortable silence. "Wanna see something cool?" He looked at Aki with eager anticipation, his eyes sparkling with excitement.
"Sure," Aki replied in the same excited tone.
Naruto made the clone hand sign and then.
"Shadow clone jutsu"
Puff Puff.
Suddenly smoke appeared in front of Naruto, and when it disappeared two tiny Narutos appeared. Watching Naruto form the handsigns Aki activated his Byakugan in case he got lucky.
Naruto's eyes widened in surprise as he noticed Aki's eyes change to a distinctive white with a tinge of lavender. He had never thought Aki was a Hyuga or had Byakugan, and it caught him completely off guard.
"Whoa, Aki! Your eyes—what's with the crazy eyes?" Naruto exclaimed, staring at Aki in shock.
Aki, momentarily distracted by Naruto's reaction, chuckled softly. "Just a little extra something I have. It helps me see things more clearly."
Naruto's surprise deepened, and his curiosity got the better of him. "Hey, are you a Hyuga or something? I thought only they had eyes like that!"
Aki smiled, appreciating Naruto's genuine curiosity. "Something like that, but I'm not a Hyuga," Aki firmly denied it.
Aki's bet was right on the money with Naruto for the first time since Aki met him. Aki found these tiny versions of Naruto a lot more interesting and impressive than a normal shadow clone.
So, he observed them with even more intensity than Aki would during Ay instructing him on Lightning Chakra Mode.
"Come at me." "You know." Tiny Narutos said one by one while sweat ran down Naruto's left cheek, feeling embarrassed at the failure.
"WOW!! Naruto, how did you do that? Even I can't make tiny clones like that!" Aki exclaimed with genuine shock. "Come on, teach me!"
Naruto's initial reaction was one of suspicion, thinking Aki might be making fun of him. But when he heard Aki's earnest request to learn, Naruto's doubts melted away.
"Really? You want me to teach you?" Naruto asked, his eyes widening with a mix of surprise and excitement.
"Yeah, absolutely!" Aki replied with a smile. "You've got some cool tricks up your sleeve, and I'd love to learn how you did it."
Naruto beamed, his confidence returning. "Alright, then! Let me show you how it's done!"
With sheer confidence after Aki's encouraging words Naruto tried to show off again but this time, it failed terribly as deformed clone appeared who disappeared right after.
Aki couldn't help but laugh at the sight. "Well, that was certainly something," he said, trying to stifle his chuckles. "I guess even the great Naruto has his off days."
Naruto's face turned red with embarrassment, but he quickly joined in the laughter. "Hey, even heroes have their bad days, right?" he said, grinning sheepishly.
They soon started laughing again and returned to their house and a guest apartment to sleep with a promise to meet again tomorrow.
