At the time, I was nothing more than a mere boy of fifteen, devoid of any real power or position, just a slave boy like the rest of them. It was an uphill battle from the very start, as my youth and my lack of influence made it difficult for others to put their trust in me.

I didn't fit into any of these categories, and that was both my greatest disadvantage and my greatest advantage.
