After laying down for about twenty minutes, Alexis managed to pick himself up. Xavier had already left the school while Kieran and his remaining assistants were almost done clearing the field. They shared a few laughs when they saw him standing up.

Alexis walked to the locker room while panting occasionally. Although he didn't do any exercise that required him to stress his legs, Xavier made sure he overexerted his upper body. Just standing felt like hell to him. He picked up all his clothes and didn't even try to change into something more casual. He just took off his boots and wore his shoes before walking back home.
