章 51: Mating Instincts

Jared was stuck in his head. He felt like his thoughts were spinning away at an incredible speed. His senses felt overloaded by the constant bombardment of new information. There were so many scents he was trying to catalogue, and he felt like he could see everything. He could hear so much that everything sounded loud and foreign.

He felt paranoid like the only person he could trust was Cora. Antione was currently staring at him with a frown on his face. Jared was angry with Antione. He had known that Antione was his mate the second he woke, and it had pissed him off.

Antione hadn't wanted him to be his mate. He had made sure Jared knew he wasn't special. Just a feeder. Good for only blood and sex. Antione had run around with others behind his mate's back. Jared was over it.

"Please remove your belongings from my room." Jared spoke softly, his voice bland.

"What?" Antione was caught off guard when Jared spoke having been deep in thought.
