章 91: Chapter 91: The Emperor Is Coming!

The Red Line stood tall and imposing, like a massive fortress wall dividing the eastern and western hemispheres. Stretching 10,000 meters high, it seemed to reach the very sky, its reddish-brown soil resembling the color of dried blood.

For ordinary people, climbing the Red Line was a near-impossible feat. But in the world of pirates, where strength knew no bounds, it was different. Even so, when Fisher Tiger scaled the Red Line, the world was shocked.

Why? Because this wasn't just any climb.

The Red Line was home to the Celestial Dragons, the self-proclaimed descendants of gods who had ruled the world for over 800 years. Their presence alone turned this land into a sacred place, making any challenge to it a direct affront to their authority. Fisher Tiger's actions went beyond climbing a cliff, he was shaking the very foundations of the world by freeing the oppressed.

And today, on this very land, something monumental was happening.

Kaido, one of the Four Emperors from the New World, had come to confront Leno, the leader of the Hunter Guild, at the top of the Red Line! This confrontation was not just between two powerful figure, it was also endorsed by the World Government.

This clash had caught the world's attention, sparking curiosity and speculation everywhere.

No one quite knew why Kaido had chosen to challenge Leno here, on the Red Line. Nor did anyone understand why the World Government allowed this to happen. The mystery only deepened as they watched events unfold.

Sengoku the Buddha stood on the deck, his sharp eyes fixed on Kaido, now transformed into a massive green dragon that towered in the sky. His expression was thoughtful, full of calculation.

"Has Kaido struck some kind of deal with those people?" Sengoku muttered, his brow furrowing.

Sakazuki, cigar in hand, scowled as he spoke.

"Why do those two have to fight at the top? If it were any ordinary island, we could intervene, but here we're just spectators!"

The frustration in his voice was clear. Their role as Marines seemed reduced to mere observers while forces like Whitebeard and Big Mom loomed in the background.

Sengoku shook his head. Although this duel had the tacit approval of the World Government and the support of the Naval Headquarters, he couldn't help but have doubts.

"Who do you think will win?" asked Marine.

"Kaido, obviously! Does it even matter?" another Marine replied.

"Sure, Leno beat Kuzan, but Kaido is a whole different league. The kid's only eighteen!"

"Yeah, even prodigies like Kaido and Charlotte Linlin weren't that powerful at eighteen," another Marine chimed in. "If I were Leno, I'd avoid fighting altogether."

Sakazuki blew out a puff of smoke, a cunning smile creeping onto his face.

"You're all too naive," he said, his eyes narrowing.

"Eh? What do you mean, Sakazuki?" someone asked, confusion spreading through the ranks.

But Sakazuki didn't answer. In Marine circles, he was not only a powerhouse but also a tactician. He had led the charge in stopping Kuzan's broadcast, pushing for the elimination of the Hunter Guild as pirates.

It was clear that the World Government and the Marines preferred not to confront Leno directly. Instead, they aimed to orchestrate events, using Kaido to draw Leno into their game. This strategic manipulation was designed to undermine the Hunter Guild's influence in East Blue.

If Leno refused to fight, it would damage the guild's reputation. The World Government would tighten its grip, keeping the guild confined to East Blue, ensuring that it would never pose a serious threat.

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku! Ten nautical miles to the right, the Moby Dick of the Whitebeard Pirates has been spotted!" a Marine shouted.

"Whitebeard's here already?" Sengoku turned to Garp, his old comrade-in-arms. "Garp, I'll leave this to you."

Garp grinned, cracking his knuckles. "It's been too long since I've clashed with that guy. Let's see if the old man's still got it!"

With a fleet of ten warships, Garp advanced to meet the Whitebeard Pirates head-on.

Ahead of them, the massive form of the Moby Dick split the waves. Marco, with his wings of blue flame, soared into the air, his sharp gaze fixed on the approaching Marines.

"Dad, the Marine's lineup isn't half-bad," Marco said, eyeing their old adversaries. "I even see Garp among them."

"Gu ra ra ra!" Whitebeard laughed heartily, his eyes locked on the dragon in the sky. "Garp, huh? Let's give him a little welcome, shall we?"

Whitebeard lifted his massive naginata, and brought it down with a mighty swing. The air itself seemed to split as the attack raced across the sea, creating a tidal wave of force.

Garp met the challenge with a roar of laughter, his fist shooting forward like a cannonball. The two attacks collided mid-air, exploding in a surge of power that sent water plumes high into the sky.

"Garp, we're just here to watch the show, not to start a war with the Marines!" Whitebeard called out, his voice booming.

"If you guys really want to pick a fight, you better be ready for the consequences!" he warned as more pirate ships appeared on the horizon, each bearing the flags of notorious crews from the New World.

"Those are the big pirates of the New World! They've all gathered here!" one Marine exclaimed in disbelief.

One ship, two ships... dozens of ships!

These aren't Whitebeard's allied fleet—they're pirates from the New World, each with bounties exceeding 100 million Belly, sailing from different seas. They've come here, drawn by their interest in Kaido's duel. This is a gathering of formidable foes, not to be underestimated.

"Kaido, what are you even thinking? You're rotten to the core!"

Charlotte Linlin sang and laughed, looking like she was just out on a picnic.

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, the Big Mom Pirates have also made their appearance!"

"Sakazuki!"

"Leave it to me!" Sakazuki responded, his blood boiling at the prospect of battling the Four Emperors.

Sengoku warned over the communication line, "Even though not all of Whitebeard's crew and Big Mom's forces are here, don't lower your guard. Keep an eye out for any other troublemakers trying to breach the Red Line!"

"Understood!" came the unanimous reply from the Marines.

High above on the Red Line, the CPO had already cleared a battlefield—an abandoned canyon far from Mary Geoise. Celestial Dragons' personal guards were stationed to ensure no one approached the sacred ground.

Whoosh...

At ten thousand meters high, the wind howled fiercely. Then, a roar broke through the skies—a green dragon wreathed in lightning and flames descended.

"Here we go! Kaido!"

"Is the live broadcast ready? This duel will be streamed directly to the Five Elders and Celestial Dragons!"

"Don't let anything go wrong!"

"No worries, everything's set!"

Around the canyon, men in white robes positioned themselves, image-transmitting devices at the ready, ensuring the scene was broadcast to every corner of Mary Geoise.

In various palaces of the Celestial Dragons, the screens flickered on, revealing the duel in progress.

The Celestial Dragons might be called the descendants of nineteen out of the twenty kings who overthrew the ancient kingdom, but even they couldn't resist watching a good show. Their eyes lit up at the sight of the dragon, while their laughter was filled with condescension.

"A duel between these blue-sea worms? Make sure they put on a good show!"

"You heard me, I'm betting twenty slaves on this one!"

"Pfft, too cheap. I'll wager a hundred!"

In Castle, the Five Elders watched the live feed intently.

"Zoan-type, Fish-Fish Fruit, Azure Dragon Form user. Quite impressive," one of them commented, nodding.

Back at the battlefield, the CP0 agents watched in silence as Kaido transformed from his dragon form back into his human shape, hefting his massive kanabo over his shoulder.

The wind whipped through the empty canyon, a stark, desolate wasteland with remnants of ruins and pillars, hinting at a past civilization now long buried beneath the red soil.

"Worororo!" Kaido's laughter echoed. "This place will make a fine battleground! Where's that brat Leno? Hasn't he arrived yet?"

Just as he finished speaking, the winds howled louder, swirling with a sudden force.

"What's that?"

"It's the ocean current—no, a tornado! Is that Leno's doing? Does he have a Devil Fruit ability too?"

Amidst the swirling wind, Leno's silhouette emerged, riding the dissipating storm down to the Red Line. He landed at one end of the canyon, locking eyes with Kaido.

"Oh? Another one of these blue-sea worms?" one Celestial Dragon sneered. "Pathetic! Kaido, tear him apart already!"

Kaido's eyes narrowed slightly as he regarded Leno. "Hey, you little brat, you actually showed up!" he said, a note of respect in his voice.

Leno smirked back. "Why wouldn't I? You're not some demon I should fear."

Kaido, draped in his purple cape with chains and wearing his signature Shimenawa belt, chuckled.

"Leno, join me! Let's conquer the world together!"

His words caused an uproar among the Celestial Dragons, who immediately erupted into outrage.

"How dare that worm even think of dominating the world? He's nothing but scum compared to us Celestial Dragons!"

But Leno's expression remained calm as he unsheathed his sword. "Conquer the world? Sorry, that's not my goal today."

Kaido raised an eyebrow. "Oh? Then what is it?"

Leno pointed his sword directly at Kaido. "My goal is simple: I'll defeat you and carve two more scars on your hide!"

"Worororo!" Kaido's laughter boomed as he gripped his mace tightly. "Good! Come at me with everything you've got!"

The two warriors leaped into the air, Leno's ice-tinged sword clashing with the crackling lightning of Kaido's mace. The air seemed to freeze as Leno's ice dragon clashed against Kaido's thunderous strike.

The ground beneath them trembled as shockwaves rippled out from their collision. The sky itself split apart from the sheer force of their Conqueror's Haki clashing.

"No! It's a clash of Conqueror's Haki!" someone from the CP0 yelled.

"Protect the transmission equipment! Hold the line!"

The battle between Leno and Kaido raged on, their Haki-infused weapons crackling with lightning, tearing the sky and splitting the earth.

Above them, the storm churned, thunder and lightning intertwining as the fate of their duel remained undecided.
