The atmosphere shifted, a tension hung in the air that felt electric.

Alaric's eyes widened in horror, but he quickly got a grip on himself and regained his composure.

"Everyone, stay alert." He ordered before taking a step back.

The others were visibly shaken but they had seen such things when they're families prepared them for the dungeon. They moved backwards, following their leader.

Jason had the eyes of a predator sizing up prey. His gaze moved from one awakened to another.

"All of you, together, give him another one."

They all nodded.

6 hands began manipulating magic, using the energy to craft fireballs.

The temperature around them rose as the balls of fire began forming.

But before anyone could fire their fireballs at Jason he suddenly disappeared from his original spot.

"Huh?"

A girl's mouth opened wide in surprise as she saw the figure in front of her.
