章 212: Do You Want A Taste?

Aiko and Faris awkwardly stared at the couple's bed they had been given to share. It had one duvet, although it seemed quite large but they needed to share. 

"Umm! I can sleep on the floor in my wolf form. You take the bed." Faris turned to face her with a small, awkward smile gracing his lips as he rubbed the back of his head.

Desires purred inside her like a cat. Even if nothing was to happen between them, she still wished for her mate's proximity. The fox inside her was restless from the moment they had entered the room alone. Faris's mouthwatering scent always stirred unfulfilled desires in her. 

"No, we are adults, we can both sleep in the bed. It will be fine." 

She took off her satchel containing clothes and placed it on the chair. Her woollen coat followed as Faris watched with a lump forming in his throat. She hung it on the hook on the wall, leaving herself in a woollen shirt and breeches.
