章 66: Siroos's Verdict On Kela

Cassandra's ears pricked at Kela's name. Jealousy is a dangerous emotion they said. 

It coiled tightly around the heart, squeezing it in its ugly grip, like a vice of insecurity and envy. Her thoughts and emotions were twisted and a persistent pain settled in her heart.

She never told Siroos it was Kela who revealed the truth to her, making her wonder who did. 

"Siroos, there is no need to drag this matter. Leave Kela out of this," Haylia asked her son with a shake of her head. Her hair were in a pretty braided updo, not a single one was misplaced.

Cassandra couldn't restrain herself any longer. She had let them talk it out if Siroos should have an heir or not but she would be damned if she would let Kela be anywhere near her mate.
