Moments after Fervene's side, she flew off towards the outskirts of the Royal Capital with the 12th district in sight. The 12th district of the royal capital is known as the holy district, because of its amount of churches. Since the separation of Church and Government, the district that used to be made of Saints and Saintess's who worked directly with the Royal district was relegated to the outskirts of the Capital and is now known for the amount of Orphan children that reside there.

As Fervene made her journey towards the district, her eyes fell upon the sight of a young blonde-haired girl who was speaking to a large crowd of people. The crowd of hundreds all had their attention fixated on the young girl and listened to her speech. Fervene, who was now curious about the girl, closed in on the stage that the young girl stood atop.
