Haldor isolated the sick slaves and used water magic on most of them, which proved useful eventually. But with so many people ill, Haldor could only treat the young and strong who had a faster healing rate for now.
Young bodies can take advantage of healing more quickly, effectively suppressing the progression of the illness.
As long as they are treated with healing spells, young people can essentially survive the hardships.
To treat as many people as possible, Haldor spent much of his days in this place, helping hundreds of individuals. Fortunately, Lucían helped him reluctantly, not fully understanding if this was worth it for people who would likely flee once they were cured.
In the coming weeks, Haldor purchased around fifteen hundred strong young people who were currently ill, as well as the remaining sick individuals.
Counting the families of the sick slaves, there were now about 2,000 slaves in Haldor's possession.
By the end of the month, more than 12,253 slaves were working for Haldor, and the diseases had progressively ended.
The blockade of the slave market camp in many outer areas had also been lifted, and the troops involved in this operation were preparing to return to the royal capital.
After deciding to buy one sick slave after another, Haldor made sure to claim his territories. Because of this, he also had to respond to an inspection call, having been inactive for a long time.
The first batch of citizens would be sent to his territory in a few weeks, but before that, he needed to create some interesting items for sale.
When the Lord of the North read that Haldor was about to return to the wall for an inspection, he ordered that the territories belonging to Haldor be cleaned up for the arrival of his new inhabitants, who would be in the North and serve as the future of new opportunities.

Border City in the North
City of the Sun's Wings
"Will these be the elite of the templar knights?" Ravyn looked at a thousand soldiers standing before Haldor, clad in dragon armor and wielding long, snow-white swords.
These were the most honorable white-cloaked knights seen in the Seven Kingdoms, commanded by Criston Cole, who was now in Haldor's service as his chief commander.
They were equipped with the finest weapons a man could dream of in his lifetime. This same weaponry would serve as a representative standard to attract more young people eager to join.
Idiots, in a predetermined sense, are willing to die for the future of the Seven Kingdoms, while the old men who call themselves kings and lords hide in their castles.
"They will be ready, the new night's watch."
"The oath will be taken tomorrow under Haldor's guidance. His dragon will be present, so tell your people not to soil their pants," Lucían said, looking at Criston, who had served well so far.
"Do you know when we will go to battle?"
Lucían paused and said, "Maybe in another ten years; we have plenty of time to do everything we need to."
