"Wishes?"
"I don't have any for now, but let it be for the future." said Chen Jianyu resting his head on the sofa .
Li Xiao's gaze upon Chen Jianyu felt urged to throw him out from there but he controlled his expression quite fine.
But Jiamei was not a newbie in the world, she knew something was off but she shrugged it off thinking it not her matter to notice.
She agreed with Chen Jianyu.
"Okay, I'll agree to your three wishes if they will be in my boundary."
Chen Jianyu chuckled at her remarks. "Fine for me."
"Let me be clear Mr. Scammer, you have to pretend like a lovely husband in front of my father, be prepared for that." Jiamei told him with a serious tone.
"Tell me Ms. Zhao, why don't you marry someone? it is not good to scam your father."
Jiamei shut his mouth with her cold tone.
"Be in your limits, Don't poke my nose in my Personal matters, read the contract carefully, if you want to add something tell me right now."
Chen Jianyu take the file written 'Contract Marriage ' he was pretending to read sincerely actually not noticing anything, his eyes went toward a line, ''No physical touch should be legal without permission''
he gasped at that moment.
"Are you sure Ms. Zhao? is this contract you meant to sign with me."
"Why?" Jiamei asked, raising her eyebrows.
"Ms. Zhao , try to understand I'm saving myself for my future wife, with permission or without permission, physical touch should not be legal in our contract."
"It doesn't matter." jiamei said that sentence very casually.
"Just sign it now, 'Mr.scammer.'"
Chen Jianyu signed the contract with a mischievous smirk on his face. Jiamei got up from the sofa , hinting Li Xiao to take him to change Chen Jianyu's attire and his behaviour.
Li Xiao understood her gesture, answering her.
"Don't worry, I'll take care of that."
Jiamei went upstairs in her room, leaving both .
Chen jiamei's eyes were following Jiamei till she reached her room, he was busy in his own thoughts,
'Interesting, just be ready to face the storm, you invited by yourself my Tigress.'
Li Xiao who was patience in front of Jiamei was now lying on sofa in a second and asked Chen Jianyu,
"Are you sure? you wanted to do this?"
"Just Keep your mouth shut until my work is done." Chen Jianyu stood up from the sofa stretching his hands.
"Didn't your boss ordered you to arrange my attire, just go and prepare everything, you lazy assistant." Chen Jianyu Kicked Li Xiao, leaving him on the floor.
"You....ou! Li Xiao shouted while rubbing his butt.
After their dog fight, Li Xiao arranges everything that needs to be done to make him look like the good husband in front of Jiamei's father.
Jiamei was working like there was no tomorrow.
A sudden knock took her attention towards the door, seeing Chen Jianyu in that attire, her eyes were quite shocked not showing on her face.
It's not like Jiamei didn't saw any fine man, however witnessing Chen Jianyu's lousy attire, a slightly faded, ill-fitting shirt that appeared to be of cheap material, clashing with his somewhat better-quality denim jeans. Though his overall look was not terrible, the mismatched attire and the unkempt shirt gave off a dishevelled and untrustworthy vibe and now seeing him in the black suit looks sharp and polished. His suit fits well and has a subtle shine, paired with a crisp white shirt and a neatly knotted black tie. His polished black shoes complete the sleek, sophisticated look.
It took her a moment to realise that both are the same man.
"..."
She scoffed, avoiding her thoughts, she got up from her chair, coming close to Chen Jianyu, who was not feeling that comfortable in that attire, giving a hot meal look..She averted her gaze.She hinted to Li Xiao to leave.
Li Xiao reluctantly leaves after bowing.
"You should take a seat " Jiamei told Chen Jianyu, taking her seat.
Chen Jianyu who was struggling with his tie, jiamei took his attention.
"You should be clear about acting in front of my father, he is an old player, don't get him suspicious about us or he will take a minute to disappear you from this world."
Chen Jianyu's whole attention averted towards Jiamei.
"For that we should have known about our likes and dislikes, what love story you're going to tell your father, let's discuss that first."
Jiamei was staring at Chen Jianyu, when he was immersed in his blabbering about story and planning.
Jiamei took a deep breath thinking,
'old man, you really made me do this, don't blame me in future' and said,
"Yes! Think about it, just tell me beforehand so I'll just agree with your story."
Chen Jianyu furrowed his eyebrows at her statement.
"Do you really want to pass our act or just want to put me in lion's Dane?" Chen Jianyu said with a mixed frustrated tone.
Jiamei's cold eyes shut his mouth instantly without any words.
"Don't you dare to utter any nonsense, Don't try to play with my words Mr. Scammer."
In panicked sense Chen Jianyu changed the subject,
"You should call me by my name Ms.Zhao."
" Hmph," Jiamei answered.
" Be ready in the evening after my meeting,we are going to meet my father, don't do anything nonsense till I'm not here." Jiamei told him without looking at his face and leaving the room and a confused puppy.
"She means I can act all nonsense in front of her, what a crazy woman." Jianyu utter those words without any clue.
He chuckled and went to a room suggested by Li Xiao for rest.
While changing his shirt, he stands in front of the mirror looking at his face, asking the mirror,
"My scam worked on her, not my charm, this is gonna be a thrilling game for sure. Just be prepared to fall in my trap, my Tigress."
Jiamei handle her meeting and return to the apartment, seeing chan Jianyu waiting for her with honey dripping innocent face.
"Ready?"
