Minato's face showed helplessness. He had just fought the Kyuubi and used new seals he created but was thankful that his sensei was there; otherwise, he would have had to call for the Shinigami. With time, he was able to use the seal he created with Kushina, Hiruzen, and his sensei Jiraiya. He divided the Kyuubi into three parts: Yin chakra, Yang chakra, and the soul of the Kyuubi, and sealed them in his three children: Menma, Naruko, and Naruto.
He sealed Kurama in three parts: the Kyuubi chakra was given to Menma and Naruko, who had red hair like their mother and had dominant Uzumaki traits, while Naruto, who looked like him and had blond hair, was given the Kyuubi's soul. This allowed Naruto to potentially take Kurama's power back, recover it, or control his powers which will help him to fight that mask man. However, when he informed the council that Naruto contained the soul of the Kyuubi, everyone began to show disgust and called for his son's execution. This angered Minato, especially when even his close friends, like Shikaku Nara, who had lost his little brother and many of his clansmen, and Hiashi Hyuga, who had also lost many of his clan members, did not support him. Additionally, Danzo was pushing for the Kyuubi Jinchuriki to be trained by him.

This shocked all three of them present, so Jiraiya returned as fast as he could and found Tsunade, who also had the same prophecy. They entered Konoha together and went to the Hokage office.

As Jiraiya told Minato about the prophecy, Minato was shocked and terrified. Suddenly, with a puff of smoke, the late Hiruzen Sarutobi's summoning, Enma, arrived.

"When I was coming here, I saw your children and came to the conclusion that it has to be Menma or Naruko," said Jiraiya, shocking Minato.
"What do you mean, sensei? Why Menma and Naruko?" asked Minato, confused.
"Well, as you see, Menma and Naruko contain the chakra of the Kyuubi, and the whole world knows the Kyuubi is walking destruction and you can say the ultimate destruction in the whole Elemental Nation," said Jiraiya, to which Minato and Tsunade nodded because it was true.
Outside office
Unknown to them the Three Elder were listining to them
"Huh, what do you think, Danzo? its matter of great Urgency" said Homura, to which Koharu nodded.
"Don't worry, he will accept it because I have already put her in a genjutsu using an Uchiha's eyes, which I stole from Kagami Uchiha. As for Minato, I have already put a seal on him when he was unconscious after fighting the Kyuubi. He will do anything for the village, and slowly his loyalty to the village will increase to no end. He will start hating the Naruto boy with the Kyuubi's soul because, due to him, the villagers will be in tension," said Danzo, to which the others nodded.
