As Delilah and Hunter ate, Delilah asked him about what his boss had said about her, and Hunter told her about what Alex had said, and her eyes rounded.

"Really? He's really going to invest?" She asked, unable to hide her excitement and Hunter laughed.

"Yes. He wants you to show me the best properties you have and I will handle it," Hunter said and she clapped happily.

"If this pulls through, I'm going to give you thirty percent of whatever I get from it. I promise," she said happily.

"Nah. You don't have to," Hunter said with a shake of his head.

"Why aren't you ambitious, Blake? You need to be more ambitious. This isn't me giving you handouts. Trust me, you earned it. I wouldn't have met Hunter, let alone have the privilege to get him to invest buy properties from me without you. So, how about I propose a deal to you," she said and Hunter smiled as he watched her.
