As the elevator doors slid open, Delilah stepped inside, her eyes scanning the building's interior through the glass walls. The panoramic view offered a glimpse into various floors, bustling with activity.

Her mind wandered to Blake as she made her way to the panoramic elevator, and she imagined him somewhere in this building, perhaps busy with some important task. She wondered if she might catch a glimpse of him and what floor his office might be on. Probably the last floor, she mused.

She shook her head when she realized she was thinking of catching a glimpse of Blake instead of her to be thinking of Hunter, who was more important to her.
