"I used to run an orphanage and clinic there, but when the invasion happened, we had to move to Boulder Town."
"So, you need to go to that Fragmentum-infiltrated town to collect medical supplies. Got it, I'll go with you," Gu Tang nodded.
Seele stared at Gu Tang for a moment.
Then, she extended her right fist, "Alright, I owe you one."
Natasha smiled, "Seele's favors are precious."
Gu Tang bumped fists with Seele, "I'll make sure to use it well."
Their gesture was like that of close comrades.
"I feel the presence of a comrade," Dan Heng suddenly sat up in bed.
He looked around; the inn room was as quiet as ever.
"Was it an illusion..." he murmured, stuffing more photos of Gu Tang under his pillow, then lay back down and drifted off to sleep.
Dan Heng slept the best that night.
