Facing Dickinson's question, Roger didn't make a sound; as of now, he hadn't noticed any hidden dangers in himself.
However, according to what Dickinson implied, souls from the Otherworld like them were bound to experience conflicts with the bodies they used, and when the conflict escalated to a certain degree, they would have to abandon that body.
"Has the consciousness of the body itself awakened?"
Dickinson inquired.
"I haven't reached that stage yet."
Roger gave an evasive answer.
"I have investigated your information; you first appeared here, and based on that timeline, it should only be a few months, right?"
Roger didn't answer, so Dickinson took it as an affirmation.
"A few months' time, even if there was a conflict, it should have been minor, but going forward, you'll be facing new troubles."
Dickinson stretched out his hand and scratched at his neck a few times, and Roger noticed that the spot where his fingernails scraped showed a bit of a metallic luster.
