He then turned off the lights and walked upstairs.

When he reached Su Yumei's bedroom door, he confirmed that she was asleep because there was no sound inside, and the lights were off too.

So he went to his own room, opened the door without turning on the lights, too lazy to bother, intending to go straight to bed.

With the faint moonlight, it wasn't hard to see the way.

However, as he touched the bed and pulled the covers over himself, Chen Wei suddenly opened his eyes, feeling that something was amiss.

There was actually someone in the bed!

He hurriedly got up and turned on the light switch.

Pulling back the covers, he saw that Su Yumei was curled up beside him, sound asleep.

It seemed like she felt the disturbance, or perhaps the sudden burst of light had startled her eyes awake.
