章 55: did you find an answer?

Xiao Fei stood quietly against the wall, observing the flurry of activity as the maids cleaned Luo Hao Tian's room. The young master lay fast asleep on his bed. Within mere minutes, the room transformed before Xiao Fei's eyes, erasing all traces of the earlier chaos. 

The walls were a cool, calming shade of gray, with equally colorless furniture that adorned the spacious chamber. The only break in this sea of gray was the rich, dark wood flooring that stretched across the room.

Once they were done, the maids immediately left the room, leaving Xiao Fei alone with Luo Hao Tian. She was not sure why his family had suddenly disappeared, leaving her alone with him though she couldn't help but assume that she was some kind of medicine for him. 

With a silent sigh, Xiao Fei made her way to the plush couch positioned near the bed. She sank into its cushions, pulling out her phone to distract herself with work emails.
