" Wait, you can't leave just yet. " Lucian stopped her before she could even get closer to the door.

" B- But you said we can end it h- here? " The fear again returned to her heart, Lara wondered if he had just lied to her earlier, she believed he wouldn't lie at least.

" Yes we are not going to do anything further, but I want you to sleep beside me. " Lucian spoke as he stood right in front of her.

" My husband w- will be able to find out about it then, please can we just- " Lara replied, after all she did not want Monk to know about any of it.

" It's okay, I am sure he won't wake up until late in the morning tomorrow, it is a holiday tomorrow after all, and you can leave before he wakes up. " Lucian spoke placing his hand over her waist.

"..." Lara lightly chewed her lips nervously for a few seconds then she nodded and climbed onto the bed, she wasn't sure just what he wanted as she slowly lay down on one side of the bed.
