GYURI knew that she was under surveillance, but she also knew that Sung Gowoon couldn't possibly know about every little thing she did.

The reason she and Jung Sihun were caught scheming was because Jung Sihun had taken a sample of the health potion the doctor would feed her regularly. On the other hand, the reason Hunter Park Dong-min was kicked out was probably because Ahjussi had always openly hated on Sung Gowoon.

Unnie probably didn't want me getting closer to Ahjussi who was suspicious of her since day one.

In short, they were caught because they weren't careful.
