章 3: Great Empire

Navies returned home after a long day at school, his mind still preoccupied with the events he had just experienced. One of the most troubling was when Lily attacked Rendra after school. As he stepped off the bus stop not far from his mansion, he walked toward his grand mansion and was greeted by 35 servants, all impeccably dressed and ready to serve. The mansion itself was a marvel of architecture, with large pillars, sprawling gardens, and a facade that spoke of untold wealth and power. This mansion was known to few, only to the locals, as it was surrounded by vineyards and various vegetable farms.

Upon entering, Navies handed his school equipment to a nearby servant. It was known that he had no parents and had inherited his wealth and business empire from birth. This fact always added an air of intrigue and mystery about him. Despite living in luxury, Navies always felt a difficult-to-explain void.

Before heading upstairs to bathe, Navies was informed that Mr. Kein Johnson was waiting for him in the main hall. Mr. Kein was the President Director of NFC Holding Group, overseeing 12 major companies and 30 subsidiaries. Known for his intelligence and charisma, Mr. Kein exuded the aura of old money with his luxurious accessories and exquisite suit.

Navies was surprised to hear this, as he had never met Mr. Kein before. Until now, he had only interacted with Bilqis and the servants in his home. Mr. Kein informed him that Navies would fully take over all existing businesses and was asked to occupy the highest position in the group. "The board of directors is eager to meet you," Mr. Kein said with a meaningful smile.

Navies welcomed the news but asked for time to bathe first. He also instructed his servant to inform Bilqis to prepare to accompany him. Luxury cars and Australian vans carrying security forces were already lined up in front of Navies' opulent mansion. The mansion, which usually seemed quiet and ordinary, had actually been surrounded by an invisible, tight security force for a long time. Navies was unaware of this because there were rarely any people passing in front of the mansion, and the bus stop was quite far from Navies' mansion, built only when Navies started high school.

Bilqis prepared the most luxurious attire with expensive accessories. She chose famous brands like Armani for the suit, Rolex for the watch, and Tom Ford for the shoes to ensure Navies appeared highly charismatic. Since this was a significant meeting with many important people, Bilqis ensured that Navies' appearance was perfect. "Remember, this is a big step for you, Navies. Your appearance must reflect your power and intelligence," she said firmly.

Dressed in a sleek and elegant outfit, Navies stepped out. His chiseled and handsome face, standing at 185 cm tall, added to his charisma. His eyes were sharp and filled with determination, his thin lips rarely smiled but were captivating when they did. Navies got into a Rolls-Royce Phantom, often used by successful entrepreneurs.

The journey to the city center was accompanied by light rain, with the city's lights sparkling in the night. It seemed even the country's president was not escorted as tightly as this. To avoid attention, the convoy was divided into several parts to head to NFC Tower. Each car took a different route, avoiding usual paths to ensure maximum security.

Upon arrival, three luxury cars lined up, and the passengers used black umbrellas. Three individuals with identical umbrellas, escorted by security forces, got out to mislead anyone who might want to harm Navies. The three walked into the building. All employees had been sent home early, with only the security forces remaining in the building. They headed to the 30th floor, where the board of directors was gathered.

On the 30th floor, all board members were ready to welcome them. They stood in a line and bowed their heads in front of the meeting room to greet Navies. One board member said, "Welcome, Mr. Navies. We've been expecting you. Please, come in."

However, the three remained silent and said, "We are not Navies." Suddenly, from another elevator, Mr. Kein arrived with a charismatic man and a beautiful woman silently heading to the meeting room. Mr. Kein gestured for them to follow into the room. All the board members were surprised and awkwardly entered the room.

Navies took a seat at the head of the table, followed by the board members of all the subsidiaries. With his handsome and charismatic face, Navies was ready to face the big challenge ahead. The meeting room was lavish, with a large oak table, comfortable leather chairs, and walls adorned with valuable paintings.

Mr. Kein continued, "Board members, allow me to introduce Mr. Navies. He is the rightful heir to this entire business empire. I am confident that with our dedication and devotion to Mr. Navies, we will achieve the dreams of all humanity."

Everyone stood and bowed their heads, paying respect to Navies. He then spoke, his voice calm but authoritative. "Thank you for the warm welcome. Let's talk and please be seated." Navies gestured.

Mr. Kein began introducing the most influential directors one by one. Each director stood up and introduced themselves and the company they led:

"My name is Marcus Aurelius, director of Mobile Application Development. Our company develops various applications used by billions of users worldwide. Last year, we generated a profit of $10 billion and have a market capitalization of $100 billion."

"I am Kenji Nakamura, director of Telecommunications and Internet Services. We provide telecommunication and internet services connecting billions of people, with annual revenues of $30 billion and a market capitalization of $300 billion."

"My name is Saroon, director of Private Banking Services. Our bank is one of the largest in the world, with annual revenues of $40 trillion and a market capitalization of $400 trillion."

"I am Takashi Yamamoto, director of Graphic Design and Multimedia. We produce highly sought-after graphic design and multimedia works, with annual revenues of $8 billion and a market capitalization of $80 billion."

"My name is Aiko Suzuki, director of Security Services. We provide security services for various companies and important individuals, with annual revenues of $10 billion and a market capitalization of $100 billion."

"My name is Kazuo Watanabe, director of Waste Management and Recycling. We manage waste and recycling to maintain environmental cleanliness and sustainability, with annual revenues of $7 billion and a market capitalization of $70 billion."

"My name is Julius Tiberius, director of Oil and Gas Companies. Our company is one of the largest in the energy sector, with annual revenues of $50 billion and a market capitalization of $500 billion."

Navies listened intently, trying to remember every detail shared. As the introductions continued, he felt a bit more comfortable. Each director introduced showed respect and confidence in his ability to lead.

After several introductions, Navies stood and spoke, his voice firm and calm. "Thank you for the introductions and warm welcome. For now, continue running the companies as usual. I will study all the companies and provide further direction afterward. I ask all directors to prepare detailed reports on the condition and performance of their respective companies."

Navies then stood and walked towards the window, gazing outside with a contemplative look. "I have studied history and experience, observing and assessing our social state, and I conclude that this world would be better off with a single wise and benevolent ruler. Two suns will destroy humanity."

The meeting room fell silent for a moment, filled with respect and admiration for the vision Navies had just revealed.

Navies left the meeting room with Mr. Kein to the company's bar. While enjoying their drinks, Navies shared his new plan with Mr. Kein. "We need to establish a security, research, and manufacturing company to develop various advanced technologies," Navies said with determination. "I also want to acquire a semiconductor company as a first step."

Mr. Kein nodded, paying close attention to Navies' words. "I understand, Mr. Navies. We will start the process immediately."

Navies continued, "I will form a special division called X that will operate outside the company, directly under my command. This division will be my eyes and ears around the world."

Mr. Kein showed interest. "How do you plan to recruit members for this division?"

Navies gave a thin smile. "I will personally select the ten heads of the division. After that, you will continue the recruitment process."

Mr. Kein nodded in agreement. "Very well, Mr. Navies. I will ensure all preparations and needs of Division X are met."

Navies looked at Mr. Kein with a sharp gaze. "This is a big step for our future. Make sure everything goes perfectly."

"You can count on me," Mr. Kein replied with confidence.

With that, Navies and Mr. Kein continued their conversation, planning every detail of the ambitious plan. That night, in the quiet company bar, a grand vision began to take shape, ready to change the future.

Navies then stood and placed his glass down. "Alright, I will head home because I have to return to school

 tomorrow."

Mr. Kein nodded respectfully. "Good night, Mr. Navies. May tomorrow go smoothly."

Navies gave a thin smile and left the bar, ready to face the next day with renewed vigor.
