Sinbad looked at his status with dead eyes, then tears welled up, "I promised myself I wouldn't cry. Hold it together, Sinbad, you're a man." After a moment of trying to collect himself, he said, "I... I really don't know why my intelligence is dropping like this."
Minato, from the side, asked, "What's wrong, Sinbad-kun?"
Sinbad replied, "It's nothing, Minato-san. I just remembered something."
They entered the tent to find all the Jonin of the camp, who met Sinbad with questioning looks.
Minato clapped his hands and said, "Alright everyone, you must have heard the news about the fastest person to be promoted to Jonin in the village's history. I'd like to introduce him to you all." He then gently pushed Sinbad forward.
Sinbad, with a friendly tone, said, "Hello everyone, I'm Sinbad, an elite Jonin from Konoha."
Minato added, "Be careful, everyone. He may be young, but even I wouldn't want to face him in a direct fight."
One of the Jonin asked, "So what are we going to do about the Hachibi and the Raikage's son who are causing havoc everywhere on the battlefield?"
Minato scratched his head shyly and said, "We won't have to deal with them for a while."
A female Jonin asked, "What do you mean, Minato-san?"
Minato replied, "What I mean is," he placed his hand on Sinbad's head with pride, "Sinbad here suppressed the Hachibi's Jinchuriki and severely injured the Raikage's son during our fight on the way."
Everyone inside, in a loud voice full of surprise, said, "Whaaaaat?!?" making everyone in the camp hear it.
Inside a hospital in Kumo, after B returned with the severely injured A.
The Third Raikage asked, "B, what happened?"
B replied, "We fought Konoha's Yellow Flash."
The Raikage, astonished, asked, "Is he that strong?!"
B seriously said, "Definitely. He managed to hold his own against all of us alone, but..."
The Third Raikage interrupted, "But?!"
B, with a slight tremor, said, "Everything changed when that child came... I mean the supreme king monster, Sinbad."
The Raikage, trying to comprehend, asked, "So you're telling me a child did this to you?"
B, lowering his head, replied, "Yes."
The Third Raikage, with veins bulging in his head, shouted, "What do you mean, 'yes,' and why didn't you transform into the Hachibi?!?!"
B, defending himself, said, "He was screaming at me to run away from that child."
The Third Raikage seriously said, "Let me talk to the Hachibi."
B and the Hachibi switched places.
The Third Raikage asked, "What did you see in that child that made you scared?!"
The Hachibi replied, "You know that Bijuu are made entirely of chakra, meaning we don't die."
The Third Raikage nodded, "Yes."
The Hachibi continued, "This will make it easier to explain. The child attacked my soul directly. I felt as if my soul was being trampled on, and this is something no human should be able to do."
Back in Konoha, inside the Hokage's office.
Hiruzen Sarutobi was flipping through the battlefield reports, then looked at Danzo and his advisors.
Hiruzen, smiling, said, "Sinbad did a good job on the Sunagakure front. He managed to suppress Suna completely."
Danzo, obsessed, said, "Hiruzen, let me take the child in."
The Third Hokage, putting his fingers to his eyes, said, "Danzo, haven't we finished this discussion? Also, Orochimaru won't leave you alone if his favorite student gets hurt."
Hiruzen continued, "How is Jiraiya doing on the Iwagakure front?"
Homura Mitokado replied, "There is a lot of pressure on him alone."
Hiruzen, stroking his beard in thought, said, "He has to hold on for now. The Kumo front is now charged with all those disasters, and the Suna front needs Orochimaru to stay balanced."
An Anbu entered and bowed to Hiruzen.
The Anbu said, "Hokage-sama, I have important news from the Kumo front."
