 " Why are we leaving here?" Mina crossed her arms as she angrily confronted Emily.

 " Our vacation isn't over yet, you can't send us back to the Capitol." said Maggie, her freckled face slightly flushed with anger.

 " Girls, now we are at war with the Western Army. This is a reserve military area, and for your safety you must leave the pack early,"Emily patiently explained to the twin princesses, even though she had told the twins the day before about this decision that she was sending them back to the Capitol. But the twin princesses did not take Emily's words at all seriously, and it was not until to-day, after Dolly had packed her bags, that they realized the truth of what she had said.

 " I'm not leaving." Mina sat down playfully on the floor, her hands gripping the railing of the passage.

 " Emily, aren't you afraid we'll tell our mother that you abused us?" Maggie threatened Emily like an imp.
