"Lily hasn't changed, has she?" Cassandra chuckled, looking at the pink ticket she picked up today for the fan club reunion. "She's still as enthusiastic as I remembered."
Dean chuckled, staring at her across from him. "I wasn't always around back then, but somehow, I found it interesting that the entire school was hit by this strange phenomenon called Penny."
"She was very cute back then," Cassandra laughed, recalling how adorable Penny used to be. "We always thought she was a toddler, not a freshman. Kiara even secretly kept her stickers because she likes cute things."
"She was wide and small… like a gas tank."
"Pfft —" Cassandra covered her mouth, holding back her laughter. Laughing at his comment didn't feel quite right. "Please don't say that. It feels wrong. Didn't you two have an apprenticeship under Professor Singh?"
Dean shook his head. "We did, but perhaps it was the age gap that made us a little… competitive with each other."
"Oh?"
