章 62: Helian Xun 1
"You rejected her!" Jasmine's eyes almost popped out hearing my words, she looked at me, unable to believe my words. She wasn't alone as Helian Xun and Xiao Lingxi were shocked, that someone as beautiful as Luan Xing could be rejected.
"Since when did I ever care for beauty?" I asked with a roll of my eyes, leaving them all looking at me weirdly.
"So, if a guy was to your liking..." Helian Xun asked making me look at her with a blank look. She had changed, she wasn't as short-tempered as she used to be, which I didn't like... that made her a ticking time bomb.
"Where is Xiao Qingyue?" I asked while removing my shirt, I wanted to take a nice warm bath before dealing with the organization. I should also start searching for the members of Limitless who had ascended. I have been in the immortal realm for about 4 months now, more than enough time for them to ascend and create waves in whatever part of the immortal realm they came to.
"She is currently in a time chamber... and I have something to tell you." Xiao Lingxi said softly, making me look at her slightly, before nodding and heading off to take a bath. It was a boiling hot bath, much to my liking... but I couldn't enjoy the bath for long, since I found myself getting a guest.
"So, when are you planning on coming for the vacation you promised?" Qianye Ying'er asked with a gentle smile while entering the bath, half-naked. Qianye Ying'er is the daughter of the Brahma Monarch God Emperor. She is well-known in the Realm of the Gods as the Brahma Monarch Goddess due to her supreme beauty that can captivate the hearts of all men.
Alongside Chi Wuyao and Shin Xi, they were the most beautiful women within the realm of the gods. She had a sweet smile, entering the bath without shame that she was naked.
"Well, I guess I could come over next week," I said with a smile, to which she nodded with bright eyes. She had one goal when she neared me, and that was to seduce me and take all of my secrets. Her dream was to reach the realm above the immortal Sovereign realm, and now with that barrier being removed, and the short meeting I had with the gods being known to a few people like herself... she wanted to hug onto my leg with everything she had. Marrying me was her number one goal.
"Can I wash your back?" she asked with a faint blush, normally this would have been an act, but right now it was real. I was too charming. There was another reason she had come into this bath as soon as she could. She was the person Jasmine hated the most, she was able to dodge Jasmine as she had yet to regain her strength, yet as Jasmine had currently regained her strength, and had nothing to distract her... well, the woman who had charmed her big brother and led to his death should pay right?
I didn't mind her washing my back, I was too lazy to do such a thing. I was honestly losing interest in doing such a small thing, maybe I could see if I could create a scrub that would wash my back on its own.
"You have such a unique physique." She said softly while looking at my refined physique. Well, It had to be refined since I started from 0D, it was more perfect and stable than others.
"You don't have to try and sleep with me to get knowledge out of me, you're not my type," I said with a bored yawn, causing her to freeze. She felt like someone just punched her in the stomach.
I stood up and turned to look at her, my little brother swinging back and forth in front of her face, horrifying her seeing how big it was, while still being soft. It scared her, just where was this thing supposed to enter... wait, why was she having the urge to put it in her mouth?
"You are almost my type, but there is one major turn-off about you," I said calmly, stunning Qianye Ying'er. She looked at me, not expecting such words to come out of my mouth. The shock was so great, that the thing before her face was ignored for a moment.
"You have a strong will to change your fate, you're willing to do anything to change your fate... but you are a fool. Have blind faith in your father when he is your enemy. For someone who considers herself a master schemer, to not realize you have been a puppet all your life... thats a huge turn-off for me." I said calmly, before turning around and just leaving, leaving her not knowing what I meant by my words.
She was loyal to her father, there were a few people in this world she cared deeply for. Her master, and her father. These two were the only people she truly cared for, everyone else were people she looked down upon, and was willing to use them in any shape or form no matter how dirty it was... she didn't dare to think her father was the enemy, just how would she react if that was so?
Stepping out of the washroom, clothing appeared on my body. But I didn't get as far as Shen Xi, the Dragon Queen appeared before me. She looked at me, and I just looked back at her,
"I don't want to marry you." She said softly, I looked at her with a blank look before speaking.
"I never asked... you would be my type, but you have even more flaws compared to her. You lack ambition... you lack that drive, you're plan." I said calmly stunning Shen Xi whose eyes widened,
"My taste is just unique. So long as you are my type, you could be the ugliest thing alive, but in my eyes, you would still look stunning," I said while walking off, leaving Shen Xi not knowing what to say. When Yun Yun popped up saying she had to be my wife, she was of course unwilling. But she knew she had no right to refuse, so she came to try and see if she had any say in this. Yet to think this would happen, left a bitter taste in her mouth.
"You're so cruel... so, am I your type?" Chi Wuyao said with a smile. As the Realm King of the Soul Stealing Realm, she had sensed everything that had happened.
"That's a good question... are you?" I asked to which She laughed as she didn't care if she was my type or not.
"The fact the inheritance you took so heavily influences you is a turn-off. Are you Chi Wuyao or the Nirvana Devil?" I asked causing Chi Wuyao's smile to disappear. She stood there, not knowing what to say.
"The fact you can't answer that proves that who I'm standing before isn't 100% Chi Wuyao, goodbye. You lost yourself, and you stopped putting up a fight long ago." I said before walking off, leaving her just standing there, at a loss for words.
I went to meet Xiao Lingxi, who took a deep breath while looking towards me.
"You remember the old immortal down in the lower realm you fell in love with?" She asked, to which I nodded lightly.
"Well, a piece of her soul survived. She sent it into the river of reincarnation, and it had already reincarnated down in the lower realm." She said while waving her hands, showing me a scene of a little girl, around 1 year old. I looked at the girl for some time, before shaking my head.
"The woman I knew is long dead, although they share the same soul, the key things that made her... special are gone," I said after looking at her for some time, she wasn't the same woman I knew.
"Oh..." Xiao Lingxi didn't know what to say hearing my words, what was she to say at such words?
"I have been meaning to ask you something. Since you are pretty much the heavens, can you look past creation and into nothingness?" I asked to which she shook her head quickly with a look of fear.
"Look into the darkness, and it looks back. At my current level, looking into that nothingness would cause my mind to just break down." She said to which I nodded lightly,
"What's up with Gu Changga?" I asked to which she shook her head lightly.
"I'm guessing all you know that in one of his past lives, he was an expert above the Supreme God realm?" I asked to which she nodded lightly,
"He might not even be from me, maybe I'm like those heavens from those novels from your past life. Maybe there are many Heavens other than me out there, maybe the nothingness out there has its own will." Xiao Lingxi said with a sigh, and to that, I nodded as that was pretty much what I also believed
"Another question... how would you go about giving yourself stats? For example Strength, defense, resistance?" I asked with a smile, making her look at me with shock. She had gotten information on me, and from that was my past life.
"Wait, Health and Energy wasn't enough. Now you want to use Blue, Red, and Purple on everything? You're looking at yourself like a video game character..." She looked at me, horrified by the possibility
"Shouldn't you slow down? I mean, you're already bored with how things are..." She said with a weird look, I was already a freak, was this not going overboard?
"Slow Down? If the world can't catch up to me, that isn't my fault. Plus, it's adapting, the more freakish I am, the more this world will grow." I said with a smile,
"I haven't even told you what I'm planning on doing with my speed... but thats for a later date," I said while turning to look at Xia Qingyue who entered the room, she looked at me for some time, before speaking.
"Did you know?" She asked, to which I nodded my head lightly. She looked at me lightly, my words from back than sounding in her head. Back then when she spoke about her dream to find her mother, I told her to look at things from her mother's point of view... but there was another reason, her father down in the lower realm wasn't her real father. Her mother was pregnant when she came to the lower realm, her mother was pregnant when she met her father, and so on. In other words, she was Xia Yuanba step sister.
"... you knew my mother would most likely welcome me back, but didn't know if she would welcome my brother and father. So, you wanted me to get close to them once more to avoid possible problems." She said with closed eyes. It wouldn't be shocking if her biological father wanted to kill her brother or father. But if she could speak on their behalf, she could save them.
"So, did you find out what Xia Qingyue wants?" I asked to which she glared at me, I just blinked innocently at her, and to that she snorted and just left. She wanted two things. Power. The power to protect her loved ones. She realized I already knew this, it wasn't hard to guess seeing how highly she valued those close to her.
As for why she glared at me, thats another thing of what she wanted. She wanted to marry me, but that shall remain impossible so long as she remained married. It would be hard to divorce Yun Che, but she didn't have feelings for him. They were pretty much only married in name...
"You know she is going to divorce Yun Che?" I asked while pulling out paper to start creating the Limitless. I wanted it to be huge, and grand. I wanted it to be built on God's mountain, overlooking the 99 heavens. I wanted an infinite number of members, all skilled within their field.
"Yeah..." Xiao Lingxi said with a downcast look. What was my relationship with the heavens? While the heavens saw someone like Yun Che as a son, I was more like an equal. I transcended heaven's wildest imagination, going as far as having the heavens for the first time... start growing.
The Xiao Lingxi part of the heavens was in love with Yun Che, but the other part was more interested in me... meaning that part could destroy 99% of everything within the heavens, but so long as I lived, it was okay with it. That's how huge of a value the heavens put on me, that was even more so when the end of the world was around the corner.
The value I held in Xiao Lingxi's eyes was pretty much boundless, she wanted to stay glued to me... but at the same time, she wanted to jump into Yun Che's arms.
"You're not my type. You would have been if not for 1 major flaw... you rely too heavily on me for growth. Instead of adapting to me, do your own thing, you can grow stronger, so do it." I said calmly
"..." The heavens shook... no, all of the 99 heavens shook. The heavens were shaken, it was rejected. Xiao Lingxi looked at me in shock, not knowing what to say.
"Yes, before your connections with the heavens came out you were my type. Hard-working, determined, and with a clear set goal in front of you. You wanted to prove to everyone, that even with your trash talent, you shall not fall behind genius like Yun Che and the others... yet that drive disappeared." I said leaving Xiao Lingxi not knowing what to say... as the heavens will, what drive should she have? She knew the answer to that, but still... ouch.
"..." Xiao Lingxi said nothing and just teleported away to who knows where. I sighed softly at this, Luan Xing had caused so much trouble, now so many people thought they were worthy of being my wife. Now, I had to play the role of the bad guy. but it was best to give them the cold hard truth now than to let them go on with false hope.
"Are you not a bit ruthless with them?" Helian Xun asked causing me to pause and look at her deeply. She smirked and just looked at me...
"What a pain..." I said with a sigh seeing that Helian Xun was using love as her motivation instead of hatred and annoyance... if I rejected this woman, she would go to hell and back to make me pay. I worked so hard to fuel her hatred, and now this?
"I thought you were cute.... but it looks like I was just seeing my reflection in your eyes," I said with a sigh as if this was truly a pain. Helian Xun's eye twitched.
"Wu Xian, go ahead and say it. You love me, say one flaw about me." She said with a smile, she was sure she was my type.
"You have anger problems.. a true turn-off," I said making her freeze. She glared at me, looking as if she wanted to take a bite out of me.
"Who around you doesn't want to strangle you?" She said angrily, questioning why she was even in love with me.
"Not everyone is a pervert like you, is such perverted acts the only thing on your mind? Strangling?" I asked with a questioning look, making her eyes turn blood red. But she closed her eyes quickly.
"Happy thoughts... Happy thoughts." She said to herself. But after a moment, she frowned as the only thing entering her head was me. She opened her eyes and saw me sending information of me into her head.
"what? you wanted happy thoughts... wait, did you want nude ones?" I said with a look of shock, before quickly stepping away while covering my body.
"That's only for the person I love... which isn't you," I said to which Helian Xun smiled slightly before she laughed lightly.
"It's like you were created just to piss me off..." She said while shaking her head... before she suddenly shot forward, her killing intent exploding towards me. She tried, she tried her best to control herself... but she tried and she failed.
"Power of love my ass..." I said while covering my mocking smile. Helian Xun who couldn't get past Infinity paused at those words. She looked at me for a good second, before she slowly nodded, before she put everything to the back of her head.
Hatred, love, and everything else... all that remained was the will to slaughter.
"Wu Xian, I never loved, hated, admired, respected, despised, and abhorred anyone more so than you in my life... today, one of us will die. If I can't have you, then no one can... if I die, then I want to go out taking an arm with me to the nothingness we all came from." She said while all emotions disappeared, leaving behind a new emotion... slaughter?
"Why an arm? What are you planning on doing with my arm?" I asked with a shocked look, Helian Xun looked at me in confusion, but after realizing I was hinting at her using my arm to do such unspeakable stuff... she nodded lightly.
"Yeah... I'm going to kill you." She said lightly, she was sure if she had her emotion rage, she would have felt it. Yet right now, her emotions slaughter were telling her to slaughter it all. If her emotions were little people in her head right now, all emotions like joy, disgust, anger, and so on were sealed away, leaving this new emotion known as slaughter.
Her eyes were swallowed in the intent for slaughter, transforming her eyes into the Eyes Of Slaughter. Her Body transformed, taking on the form of a monster which hunger to slaughter one being... me.
"Wow..." I said in shock seeing her slaughter all of her limitations, and even the chains the heavens held on her. She moved, instantly appearing before me. She had slaughtered the distances between us, so she had instantly reached me. But her speed didn't slow, that level of speed kept moving towards me, sending me rocketing away through the buildings.
'We both reached the peak of this tier of speed, our speed is equal, and therefore our strength is equal... Beautiful.' I thought while looking at the ugly monster shooting toward me... but right now, it looked beautiful in my eyes.
'She was always talented, the rage was just the trigger that pushed her best... then again, the fact I rejected her played a huge role. So love also played a role. I wonder what would have happened if someone she loved died? What is her limit... I should calm her down first.' I thought, moving to dodge her fist, but I found out I couldn't dodge.
'Wow.' I thought while feeling that one punch land on me from all sides, every inch of my body felt punched, and I felt a part of me just died... luckily, that was the imaginary health I lost.
"Killing the fact I dodge, then killing the fact your attack would only land on one spot of my being, before going on to kill the reason why your attack can't land on every inch of my being..." I said with a laugh sensing how all the imaginary damage I took landed on my imaginary HP bar, my real HP Bar suffered.
"You're killing everything," I said while I removed my Blindfold. This was almost like how Xia Qingyue could freeze everything. Her power of slaughter had reached that tier, but stronger thanks to the state Helian Xun was within.
"I have to take you seriously. Let's Dance!" I cried, to which Helian Xun answered me with a roar. We both shot towards each other, and before the horror of the Supreme God Level existences, we fought at speed so fast, that it looked like we were appearing all over the 99 heavens. At one moment we were at the first heaven, then the 80th heaven, then the 4th, and so on. They couldn't keep up, we were too fast.
