It had been over a week and Grace didn't show up at Raymond's place. She was scared since she didn't tell him the truth about her mom showing up, then he will be so angry at her.

She was at the restaurant at the mall typing her novel; this time around, she came with her laptop.

She loved sitting at this table while she focused on her novel. Then she felt someone beside her, and she slowly looked up to discover it was Ling Ye.

Was she some ghost? How did she walk up to this table without her noticing? Or else she would have parked her stuff on time and just left.

"Can I sit here?" Ling Ye asked, but Grace shook her head in denial.

"There is someone there."
