Inside the game room, Ken sat at his setup, reading a note Eva left. 

The note didn't say much but it caused a smile to appear on Ken's lips. 

The note: Eleis informed me about your fight with the Bloody Bat and your current location. She also mentioned that you would be entering a fight after logging in. I will come to your location after the fight is over, just be safe!

"Hmm, looks like Eleis is really looking out for Eva," he chuckled and hopped into his VR pod. 

Back in Aerks, Ken appeared at the same place he logged out from. 

His eyes immediately went to the depths of the forest, where a giant square black gravestone stood with a massive bird's nest atop it. But this time, the nest wasn't empty.

There were monsters there, Beast rank, and definitely much stronger than the Bloody Bat.
