He immediately rolled right into Asher's arms the moment he got under the sheets, pressing his cheek right up to the bare skin of Asher's chest.

He expected to smell the scent of body wash and warm water from the shower but instead, all he got was a mouthful of Asher's scent.

The smoky scent was heavy on his tongue, it was nothing like the acrid smell of cigarettes or the smoke from a fire.

It was like a drug, the accompanying scent of spices warming him up from within.

Asher didn't seem to notice it, and it had him wondering if it was just too much to him.
