章 3: Chapter 3
I read the reviews about the story being to fast paced. I agree it's my first time writing and I have made some mistakes.
I have a few chapters already written and believe that as the stroy progresses my writing gets better. (hopefully)
Now the story has an evil MC, this chapter mentions R..., it is 18 plus, the story is marked as mature so proceed with caution, it will get a bit dark.

'SIRIUS BLACK PARDONED BY THE ICW, BRITISH MINISTRY RIDICULED'
In what has been a historical session of the ICW, the confederation of over 46 countries have voted unanimously in favour of Germany. Obviously, Germany and Britain were not part of the voting process. This has brought British reputation to an all time low, wrongful imprisonment of a noble in Azkaban for over a decade without conducting any hearing surely doesn't look good on the international stage.
I smile looking at the headline. Feeling particularly proud of the way I dealt with this problem.
Sirius's memories of fighting me and the murder of the 12 muggles were removed, along with the ones of me being the secret keeper, which I changed back to him being the one, as initially Dumbledore had cast the fidelius charm where Sirius was the secret keeper, which was later changed to me by Sirius, James and Lily.
From there with a little tweaking of some memories, it was easy to create distrust for Dumbledore and the British ministry.
In essence Sirius believes he was captured along with Peter Pettigrew; both were tortured for the location of the Potters. Sirius finally gives in and Voldemort goes off to do his thing. Sirius and Peter fought off the death eaters and escaped, but they were pursued, fighting ensued, 12 muggles died. He and Peter were separated in the fighting.
The death eaters messed with his memories, me hoping that my meddling of Sirius mind would be taken as the work of death eaters, making sure his memories were not recoverable.
The death eaters portrayed him as the biggest supporter of Voldemort to take the heat of them and shift blame. This would be proven after Sirius takes veritasium and tells his story.
Quite the tale eh.
Now you might be thinking how would the veritasium help. Well, veritasium compels the person to tell the truth and what is the truth, truth in essence is what we believe in, Sirius believes the story I put in his mind, so yes, I believed the veritasium would give the same answer.
In case it didn't, all the blame would be put on Sirius, trying to get out of trouble for his crimes.
So yeah, I would be safe.
Then with an over powered imperio from Voldemort's wand, which yes, I do have, Sirius was off to implement my plans.
With stops at Grimaud place and sneaking into Gringotts to talk with the goblins. Sirius now had Kreacher to chauffeur him around. The goblins were ever ready to stick it to the wizards and easily made Sirius the Lord Black after he gave his side of the story to them.
From there he was off to Germany to make a deal with the German ministry. In exchange for fighting his case in the ICW all the wealth of the Black family would be handed over to them. Except for some specific properties.
With all the evidence of Sirius's faulty memories, his confession under veritasium, the British ministry not giving him a trial and no dark mark on his body, the deck was stacked against the British. All his earlier memories of being a friend of the Potters and his day-to-day life also helped in proving he innocence.
Dumbledore himself acknowledged the mistake of the British ministry, calling it a decision which was taken under the time of duress.
Another master stroke I believe is the compulsion I put on Sirius to find Peter, not the Peter who betrayed him but the Peter who was tortured along with him, who took most of the death eaters away so Sirius could run.
My vault at Gringotts has not yet closed which proved to the world that I am alive. Now people are trying to find me, speculating what had happened to me.
This will give me an avenue to come back in the open.

Having the trio of the invisibility cloak, marauders map and the rat Animagus transformation made it laughably easy to navigate around the castle undetected.
The castle is mostly empty as most of the students have gone home for Christmas. Making moving around even easier for me.
I have stolen some expensive potion ingredients from snape, some very valuable books on charms and transfiguration from Flitwick and McGonagall, a few seeds of rare and dangerous plants from Sprout, along with a plethora of other things here and there.
Now I know that I should leave Hogwarts, being anywhere near Dumbledore is dangerous for me. But the pros of staying at Hogwarts definitely outweigh the cons.
I have access to all the knowledge in the library, room of requirements, room of lost things, all the students with no mental protections I can test my leglimency on.
Not to mention some of the 6th and 7th year witches are top class eye candy. Especially Penelope Clearwater.

Penelope is out for her night duty as a prefect. All prefects have to do night duty at least twice a week She has Monday and Friday.
Today is the Friday of the first week after the Christmas break.
And here I am again inside the invisibility cloak, silently following her. One hand has a wand trained at her, the other holding the map, making sure no one is near us.
We are alone on the 6th floor, no one near us.
I point the wand at her back and a silent stunner hits her, yes, I have been working on silent casting, yes, I'm getting better.
Her form crumples to the floor. I levitate her and quickly make my way to the room of requirement, one eye constantly on the map to make sure no one is near us.
I can't make my way to the 7th floor quickly enough. Getting inside the ROR and placing Penelope on the bed inside.
This time I'm in my normal living quarters, the ROR always gives. A big bed, night stand, washroom etc.
Quickly putting the magic suppressing shackles on her, I hit her with 2 more stunners.
I know one is enough but I have read too many fanfictions where the protagonist or any other character gets up after getting stunned and gets a jump on the person who stunned them, so as a self-imposed rule multiple stunners for me.
I can't help but admire Penelope's face and figure, although most of the latter is hidden behind heavy school robes which I hate by the way. Hogwarts uniforms cover too much.
Okay first work then play. I train my wand at her prone form and cast a silent leglimens, another spell I have been working on tirelessly.
I probe her mind cautiously at first, she has some rudimentary shields but nothing which will give me trouble. I have been doing this specific thing with multiple students, not only to better my mind arts but also to gain extra knowledge both in the magical and mundane regards.
Like Penelope here is great at potions, not as good as snape but still great and she has time to improve, she is great at charms, almost as great as potions but it lacks behind due her interest being more in the latter. She knows some famous wizards like Phillipe de Gaulle, her future teacher.
I spend a little time in her mind tucking away any useful information I find. After I'm thoroughly done, I exit leaving no signs of any kind of disturbance in her mind.
Now finally I can get to the play part, I am pretty lustful myself and with memories of the former Peter Pettigrew's activities it was very hard to stop myself from attacking every female student in this school but finally my patience has given out.

Penelope wakes up with a headache, like a big hangover from a long night of binge drinking.

The last thing she remembers is walking around the 6th floor on her prefect duties. She gets up off the ground as her brain slowly starts to analyse what has happened.
She moves out of the classroom, there is a prominent limp in her steps. Her body hurts especially around her nether regions. As she gets to the corridor, it is the same one she was walking along before.
She was stunned, in her last moments before losing consciousness she remembers a red hue behind her.
Then she.... Then she..... She was....
Her legs lose strength, as she falls to the ground on her knees, her back rests on the wall as she slowly raises her wand, "tempus"
02:38 is the time shown, she was walking along this corridor before around 10 p.m.
